Upon arriving they was nice. They greeted me as soon as I entered. Before the man started on my nails I told him how I like my nails (Ballerina Shape That Is More Narrow & Then Towards The Tip) even showed a picture and asked if he could do it. He said he did! So I continued once he got the nails on, I instantly noticed that he put the tips to low on my nails (Which Will Make Them Lifted) so I said something to him, once I did he started to argue with me that they are right & that he hasn’t even finished yet for me to be complaining (First Issue) so he goes to lay the acrylic. Once it was dry, he started to shape them with the file. I asked him that the shape is wayyyy off and that I didn’t like them and if he could do more of the shape I asked for ( he argued with me again for the second time) I also noticed that my pointer finger on my right hand was missing half of the nail and acrylic because he filed it so hard… he argued about that as well. So now my nails feel so wearied because they are lifted.. I paid $130 + $5 tip which I didn’t even wanna do that but the lady who did my feet was real good ( no issues with her) No one should have to pay their hard earned money for nails that wasn’t even done correctly nor should they be arguing with customers who want it done how they want it done! It’s BS… I will never go to them again. Now I have to go else where and get them soaked off and done again!!!!
When I arrived, I was prompted to pick my colors for both my fingers and toes. I opted for gel on my toes and dip on my fingers because I rarely get my nails done and wanted them to last a while. Overall, the customer service was okay. I had one lady working on my fingernails and another working on my pedicure. I upgraded my pedicure to a spa service, which was not entirely worth the money based on past experiences because the massage was mediocre, however, I could have been vocal about that and wasn't as I try not to be too needy or seem ungrateful. I did explain to the woman doing my nails that I actively work with dirt (I own a nursery) and the dirt was visible. We both giggled and went on with the services. At the end, I inquired about the cleaning under and around my nails and she explained that it was only included in a manicure, not the dipping, as the filing machine cleans up the nails and the edges. As this is not my first manicure or even dip, I responded that I was under the impression cleaning around and under the nails is a standard procedure but she just corrected me and explained that it's not. She then offered a communal scrub brush at the sink to clean under them myself and added, "they're not that bad." If the cleaning under my nails is an additional service/fee, it was not offered. I attempted with the scrub brush but abandoned it because it's gross and I knew I'd have to go home and do it myself with a manicure set. I spent just over $130, which included a 15% tip, much lower than I usually tip. I believe it to be absolutely unacceptable to offer a service where pretty color is just put over dirty nails. If this is a standard across the board, I am not aware of it. The fact i mentioned it twice should have indicated that my desire was that my nails be cleaned properly and a plan should have been put in place to accomplish that. I do not typically leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I paid a lot of money to have them look like this. (The crusty stuff is from the dip and is not easily removed with with scrub brush, if at all.) I will not be going back.
Amazing place. The faculty is outstanding very professional took a family of 4 in at the last minute and treated us like royalty if you use a different place try nail pro you won't go anywhere else good feet work sending good vibes about this place
I went in yesterday and got a gel coffin nails done. everyone was very nice, and professional. the whole time the man who did my nails was very nice. when i got home i saw that my nails were super uneven, not even colored all the way and the sides of my nails were bleeding from filing so far down. i called and asked if i could come back in and the guy on the phone was very rude when i told him about my nails. my nails were hurting so bad later on and still hurt. Mind you i asked for coffin shaped nails and got squared. I went back in today to get my money back and one of the men argued with me the whole time. He said he could cut my nails but only give me $40 back when i paid $55. I told him to cut them and i’d go somewhere else to get them redone. after cutting them, he threw my money at me and told me to “go, get out of here & don’t come back” he was very rude and disrespectful towards me because i had been hurt during the process. i’ve never been treated like this at a nail salon and surely this is not how you treat your customers. i will not be returning to this salon.
VERY RUDE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Booked an appointment for my wedding party of 6-10 people WEEKS in advance and when we all walked in for our appointment, they were wondering why we were all coming in at one time because they didn't know about an appointment. Shows how much they care and how they're work ethic is. We proceeded to get service since we were the only customers there anyways. As my bride to be starts getting helped she is telling them what colors she wants because she wanted 3 different shades of green on different nails and they told her no, you can only pick 1 color and were VERY RUDE about it which is ridiculous. We weren't going to settle for any of the rudeness and being restricted to 1 color when any other nail salon could do what she wanted done to her nails. So since the wedding was in 2 days we had to pull strings and go to diamond nails near publix and they were perfect and very nice and polite and did exactly what she wanted done. As for the rest of the brides party that did settle for getting nails done here, they were very rude to every single one of them as well and they could only get the nail shape the salon workers were picking and choosing for them, even after telling them they wanted a different nail shape. Would give this place a 0/5 if I could. Dont come here with any sort of good expectations, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I can't say enough how rude these people were. I highly don't recommend this place to anyone. I can see why the place was as dead as it was.
It was my first time the staff was nice and friendly I had amazing experience ☺️ ????
The atmosphere is great in here! My nail polish did not last on my nails though :(
Very over priced they only let my feet soak in plain water for 30 seconds and went straight to doing my toes it wasn’t even a basic pedicure my daughter spent 105 for the both of us.!!
