Oh wow. What a terrible experience I just had and I left the shop with the nails like on my picture..
Asking for ombré with VERY subtle glitter and I insisted on having the very subtle one she shows me some picture of very loud ones I say no she still put it in my nail “to try”
I said that was not what I wanted she got upset I guess she try something else that is not what I showed on the picture either and then she basically kicked me out…
CAN YOU LISTEN BEFORE BEGINNING??? I think I really insisted a lot on what I wanted !!! Man
Jennifer and Pam attended my daughter and I for a deluxe pedicure. We called ahead of time for a appointment. When you walk in you can punch in your cellphone number and you get future promotions on your next visit. They greated us and attended us right away. Took their time and enjoyed our pedicure.
Usually go here for pedicures, you could call me a regular at this spa. But one star for walking in for a pedicure today and being told they were too busy when 3 girls were sitting on their phone. They told me they had one appt at 3:30. It was 3:20..I don’t think it takes 3 people to do an appointment but what do I know. Definitely looking at other places for my future pedis.
I have been to a few nail salons and this has been the best by far. I got the deluxe spa pedicure and it was so relaxing, my new favorite. I also got the gel full set, quick and well executed with a natural finish rather than thick acrylic. Friendly and attentive customer service, overall a great experience.
First time here. They are very welcoming. Not like other shops we're they make you feel bad about your hairy legs and bushy eyebrows, callus and ingrown toenails! May did an awesome job on my Pedicure and even gave me a complementary top coat to my self attempted manicure. What a sweet women she is, thank you May for making my first experience great! I am definitely coming back!????
Great service, clean and affordable. I'm very impressed with the quality of my fill and gel color. My last fill lasted over 3 weeks without any issues. I'm recommending this nail salon to all of my friends now. Even though there are so many nail places around, they aren't all the same.
Wow! I had such an awesome experience. My mom took me here for a pamper day and it was just that! We both got the #3 callous pedicure which made my feet feel so refreshed, and with gel polish. I also got a full set of coffin shaped nails with the cat eye polish design. I wish I knew all the techs names that helped me and my mom, but I know Jennifer was the one that did my full set of nails and she is AMAZING!!! She is so skillfully talented and has a wonderful personality who is easy to chat with. I will be requesting her from now on.
Had a very great experience. Pam did an awesome job on my pedicure!
