I love my hair! Betty is amazing and I highly recommend her! She braided my hair exactly in the style that I asked and she took her time to make sure each braid was perfect! She is very professional, super fast, prompt, friendly, and just an all around great person and great braider. I will forever be a happy customer! Thank you Betty!
I have been coming to princess wigs and extentions for a long time. I'm always able to find what I need and when I get my hair braided by Betty she always does an outstanding job. I recommend if you need your hair done or if your looking for any products that is the number one shop.
I wish she would offer more variety, it seems to be a stores worth of inventory shed purchased for her herself. As a Caucasian male with alopecia, it would be awesome if the only shop in town offering this line of product had a selection of at least bare minimum that might entertain my level of need. Unfortunately theres only a couple of lighter (blonde) pieces however yet not a single one suitable for a man's needs; they're all for women.
Love this place I loved the girl who helped me too made everything super easy for me and they really cared about what I needed will definitely be coming here only from now on love the extensions!!! Store hours not accurately posted; I've driven across town on 3 occasions now just to find it closed during normal posted hours. Forget calling ahead, they haven't set their voice-mail up and no one ever answers either. Monopoly on products like this in our area; this is the only wig shop, unless someone can recommend one I'm unaware of in the tri-cities......???
