Hands down the best nail salon around. The lady took her time and made sure they were exactly what I asked for. She was incredibly kind and made me feel so comfortable. The BEST nail salon experience I have ever had.

My daughter and I have been customers here for close to two years and we really love the service we receive. I am not easy to please— so that’s saying something.

I asked for a simple color, and I couldn’t even get that, the longer I looked at my nails the madder I was getting, I got my nails colored the wrong color, and my nails came out uneven and lumpy. What I asked vs. What I got

Let me start off by saying that I have not been able to find a place between Lake City and Live Oak that can do gel nails the way my girl back in Jacksonville does them. Due to my business, I need them thick yet nicely shaped. Anh did exactly what I requested and did not complain or give an attitude about it like the other nail salons I have been to in the area. She knows what it takes to make a customer happy! And it's no wonder Pretty Nails is always busy. I also love that they have a really nice receptionist, Taylor, to keep the flow going while the techs are taking care of their clients. This will definitely be my IT nail salon.

I don't normally leave reviews but the more I look at my nails the madder I get. They're lumpy, not even, I could've done better myself. I will NOT be returning to this salon and will have to pay someone else to fix them. A male did them and he was fast. A full set and polish change on my toenails both gel took him 1 hour. Seems like he rushed through it and didn't take time to make sure they looked good. Very disappointed. Wish I could post a pic but apparently I can't.

She did exactly what I wanted, the look so good. No bumps and did the design perfect!
