Pretty Nails

I am in love with my nails!!! They did amazing and were very attentive to what I wanted. Showed a reference photo and the woman made them look even better than the photos and the woman that did my pedicure was fantastic and live how my eyebrows came out also!! Worth the money. First time I’ve gone to a salon and gotten EXACTLY what I asked for.

Ruby did my nails, she’s really gentle and is really sweet herself. I loved how she did my nails, they came out soo sharp! Exactly how I like them????

I really enjoyed the warm atmosphere they provided during my service. Their professionalism and cleanliness is outstanding! I highly recommend coming to this nail salon because they are very talented, kind, and welcoming!

John is sweet and will make you feel like you’re part of their family.

After sitting down and showing RUBY what I want done she started my nails just to tell me in the end she does not do designs on the weekend. It’s FRIDAY and if that was the case why do the design on my toes and tell me in the end you weren’t going to satisfy my request. $117 for something I did not ask for, this is beyond unprofessional.

John and Ruby are my go to nail technicians .They do not disappoint always on point. I love getting my nails done here. They are very professional. Call for a appointment vs. Walk-In. Respect them they will respect you.

My first time here. Got a full set and pedicure as a walk in. They were accommodating and quick. The lady that did my set was very careful and efficient. I couldn't be happier! This time was to celebrate my losing 45 pounds and I'm so happy I went here!

Went in for an eyebrow wax. She rushed didn’t even didn’t even disinfect before putting wax on me. and then my eyebrows looked terrible after. Then the next day I woke up with this burn on my face. I went in for a refund because now I have to walk around with a BURN on my face he told me no.

I truly did not want to write this review because in the almost three years I have been getting my nails done here, I have never had a bad experience, until today. How I chanced upon this business was because back in May of 2020, my nail tech, who I had been going to for 9 years, was away on vacation. I would, instead of searching for another nail salon, revisit this establishment in May of last year because 1. I was impressed with how the technician shaped my nails which were long and not all nail techs are experienced with long nails, and 2. my nail tech who was also my friend passed last year.

Well, today I was mistaken for another customer who was picky, according to the tech, and the technician who I always went to see and would only get my nails done by another tech if she was not there, was short, rude and disrespectful! I was a little surprised but her greeting was not friendly as they were in the past. After she snapped at me the first time I asked her if she was having a good day to which she curtly responded yes but you are very picky and I make sure I do your nails right for you. I was taken aback and told her she had the wrong customer and that I had never nit picked about my nails. I tried easing the tension by making small talk asking where she was from and again, her response was curt, abrupt and her eyes were very angry. I took the tones and shades of her voice, and her body language, held my tongue and kept quiet for the rest of my time in her chair. The irony, I have always admired this nail tech, her grace, beauty and decorum but today I got none of that, instead I was spoken to with disrespect, and show a modicum of dislike and animosity and all because I was mistaken for another customer who was particular about how she wanted her nails done. To that nail tech I say this, we all have our horrible days, this weekend I travel to Fort Lauderdale for the funeral of a family member after traveling last month to Georgia for the home going of another, but you would not know I am mourning or angry and sad, why, because I kept my emotions in check even after being accosted by you. Furthermore, it is a habit you should practice please and thank you; doan use smaddy else fat fih fry smaddy else or nuhbaddy. Translate, please don't take your frustration with another out on me or anyone else. I did nothing to you madam tech to deserve your disrespect, ire, or unprofessionalism. Thank you for the work you did! The three stars is not for your work, but for your attitude, disrespect, and unprofessionalism. You never know what the customer who sits in your chair maybe experiencing or going through. I could tell you were in a bad mood when you greeted me and tried to make your day better or distract your mind from the thoughts I saw reflected on your face. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful. I sincerely hope your day got better.
