I’ve been going to this place since I was a senior in high school. I absolutely used to LOVE going to this particular place! But I recently went a few days ago, and I’ve come to the conclusion they are very unsanitary. When I went, a client was there before me… once she left and it was my turn, the owner told me to get in the chair, but I noticed she did not sanitize the chair since we have to lay our heads back on the cushion. I asked her to wipe it down and once she did, she started on my brows. Which were WONDERFUL, she did them exactly how I always ask. But only problem is, I have a break out around my eyebrows and in the middle of my forehead.. I believe it came from her not washing her hands and using dirty thread… Sadly, I won’t return anymore since the unsanitary surroundings.
DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN DO YOUR EYEBROWS. SHE IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE WILL RUSH (especially with the threading) AND RUIN YOUR BROWS. 0 Stars.
She made my eyebrows uneven. I have gone there more than once thinking it would get better and it never has. I ask them to not make them too thin and every time they do not listen. One of them now noticeably higher than the other and when i told them that she did not offer a good solution and no refund was given. I will never go back here and will never recommend them to any one. I have never had this bad of an experience getting my eyebrows threaded
I got in and out quickly on lunch break. My eyebrows looked good and the price was typical for eyebrow threading (I think it was $8-10). The store was really clean and decorated well. I will go back, should I need my eyebrows done again while I’m in that area.
I always have a great experience. The waiting area is nice and clean. The women are always courteous and kind. My eyebrows are nice and neat. It takes less than 10 minutes and I was out the door and on my way. They offer an array of services and the prices are reasonable. I am a customer for life!
I’ve been coming to this place for years. They are the only ladies I trust to do my eyebrows, and I have never been disappointed. Always fast and very clean store. They also offer awesome facials that are fairly cheap!
I got my eyebrows threaded. They were fully grown out (I have thick brows) and halfway through the service she said I had a gap. She put it there. Under one of my eyebrows is red and irritated. They are uneven and I definitely wouldn’t recommend because I came in with thick brows and left with something that looks like it was drawn on with a pencil.
