Really disappointed on this place. I've been coming for a while here. But last time I notice that they do not sanitize any of their tools.! That explains why I've gotten bumps on my eyebrows after getting my eyebrows threaded.

The spoolie had so much random hair next to the same scissors they do not sanitize . And when I ask her is she could use a new spoolie. She could not find any! It's surprising because they are not that expensive especially after they need to buy them as a bundle for their business.

It's really nasty. And very awkward.

I love this place! Clean facility, all of the technicians do a great job and are friendly! Affordable & close to home. I’ve never had to wait too long and always leave satisfied.

Eyebrows always come out perfect and beautiful! Jessica and her sister Michelle are super friendly & do their job with excellence! I’ve gotten threading and eyebrow tinting done & I never regret it! I have been coming here for almost 4 years and have never left disappointed. My eyebrows always look BOMB! The women here are super nice, & friendly. There is plenty of parking on the street and also in the back. Did i mention affordable!!? Eyebrows are $10.

I’ve been coming here since 2017 and although I live in SCV now, I still make the time and drive to continue coming here. I’ve had my brows done by every single lady here and they are all serious experienced professionals when it comes down to threading. I like a natural “clean up” look on my brows and I always get that when I come here. I have nothing but great things to say about these ladies and their wonderful business.

Michelle is so talented. She makes you feel at home. Her work is just so perfect and on point. Threading sometimes hurts bur Michelle will never hurt you. She's gentle. The ladies here have incredible service!! We went and there was almost no wait, plus you can set the pace if it's too painful. They were super nice here, not to mention the price was reasonable. I'm definitely coming back
