Have been coming to the Plaza salon for years now! I love the service at the front desk they are always polite and professional, my appointments are always confirmed a day before which is very helpful when the week is busy in case I forget my appointment. I always have my haircut by Janine!

I brought my son in today to have a haircut fixed that was done horribly at another salon. Jan C. not only gave him a great cut but was also able to leave it the length we wanted while still evening everything out. Great job we will be back.

Was looking for a salon with good reviews that specializes in balayages, and stumbled across this salon. Happened to be in the Danbury Fair Mall, which I frequent quite often. First time customer, and Shannon my stylist was amazing. My balayage was quite elaborate (top red to somewhat platinum blonde bottom) and took about 4 hours, but it was definitely worth it. Very friendly and professional stylist, as was the rest of the staff. Made me feel at home, and I walked out feeling amazing. Came out exactly like I wanted it, and at a reasonable price. Thank you so much! Highly recommend. Will be coming back.

Janine is an amazing stylist. She is the only person I trust with my hair. I'm sure there are other talented stylists here but she's top of my list and should be top of yours too!

I've gotten my hair cut at Plaza Salon for YEARS. Literally made trips here since I was 2 years old (I'm 23 now). Jim is the greatest ever. He's very talented, and always gives me an awesome haircut that boosts my confidence! The staff is also all very kind and always make you feel welcomed. Unfortunately inflation has been raising prices a bit, but that's happening everywhere. I've attached a couple photos showing my recent hair cuts. I LOVE IT! Thank you Jim! You're the best!

The staff is very friendly, the prices are good and Shannon always gives me a great haircut

The front desk staff are always helpful and to the point. Jim is absolutely awesome and I always get a clean cut. I am not really big on conversation during a haircut, and Jim clearly understands that and doesn't try to force conversation, which I appreciate. Will not go anywhere else!
