The parking lot needs repairs.Huge potholes. There are lights in the parking lot however they're never turned on so you can barely see in the parking lot.
Joe claimed to have 40 yrs.in the business. Rushed cut, took too much off in single spot; seemed reluctant to let me view the back of my head, after the cut. I will not go back.
Normally very fast and the employees are quick at cutting and friendly and very good service. There were waits during busy days such as the weekend and some weekdays. But not usually over 15 to 20 minutes sometimes 30 to 35 minutes. I like the place and the employees are great. I've been having my haircut there for over 4 years now. Unfortunately due to the plauge (let's just call it what it really is). The wait times at the moment are horrible. Not their fault it's the rules shoved on them by corporate and the way everything is being done right now. Unfortunately it's a mess. But again not their fault.
What to expect: Wait times with any great clips at the moment are all at least 120 minutes or longer. I've seen it go as high as 220+ minutes. But it's every store not just them on the entire Miami valley map. Was walk in only but as of May 19th 2020 I was able to use the app to make an appointment. I set it at 130pm and waited. They actually called me before the last 1/2 hour was up that they were ready for me. Total almost 4 hours waiting so plan ahead and give yourself 4 to 5 hours of a day or day off to wait your turn. Got there and they had me wait in my car another 10 minutes. They will expect you to wear a mask. I don't know if they'll provide one if you don't have one but I used my work mask.
40 some years of cutting my hair says it all Joe is a good and fair man never heard a complaint.except when he was out sick because he wasn't there.
I've never been here but it asked me to review it. In the picture it shows a little girl and not a place so just for that I couldn't give it 5 stars
