The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My mom has cancer n they were very nice to her. I would like to thank the very nice lady who paid for my mom's pedicure it was truly a blessing. They did my nails just like I asked them to do by a picture. Winnie the Pooh design absolutely love them.
The nail technicians seemed very distracted. I asked for a signature pedicure and she gave me a basic instead. Then during my manicure, the manicurist was watching soccer on his phone while removing my old acrylics. My nails are satisfactory but unfortunately it wasn't the pampering type experience I was expecting.
I have been going here for about 7 months since I moved to the area! Will always give 5stars and recommend. They are all very nice and listen to what you are wanting. If there is an issue they are very fast to fix it.
I don't often write reviews, but I recently went here with my fiancé and the service was impeccable! The nail technicians were lovely people and even offered beverages. I had great conversation with Haley and my nails ended up looking stunning! I definitely know where I'm going for my wedding nails.
We showed up for our scheduled manipedi appointments and after pedi we were left unattended after 20 minutes addressed them wondering about mani but others had come in admitting they didn't have appointments and yet they were getting nails done in front of us and this is the 3rd time in the past few months this has happened. I also have to add our pedicures were done by what I am sure was a teenager and not a licensed nail tech. I also just read another review abouts a tech watching soccer vs giving a good pedicure service that was the case for me at my last visit we have given this salon its last visit
Terrible service. Don’t listen to what you ask them to do. Very rough. Burnt me with the power tool 3 times and got mad when I jumped in pain and then said “ it gets hot so fast” not an apology just an excuse. Ended up going home and fixing my nails myself. Never going here again I’ll just do it myself if anything.
I took my daughters and their friend to Pixie and they were all so sweet and kind. They made you feel welcomed from the moment you walked in the door. Their work is amazing and their prices are fair!
I went and showed a lady what i wanted and it was nothing close! she was very rough and the nails were thick and nasty looking i went to a nail tech to get them fixed and she said they used something cheap because she filed them off and there was such a terrible odor. the following is what i wanted vs what i got
