I don’t even know where to begin…me and my best friend came here with appointments, to get our nails done for her bridal shower. We sat down to get our nails done and I got a gel French manicure. It was pretty decent. My best friend (the bride) sat down to get some ombré dip powder nails. She sat there for AN HOUR AND A HALF and he had managed to file the wet polish off??? We were running late for our hair appointment so after TWO HOURS my friend and I decided to leave. We were polite and explained what was happening and they were rude and did not care. They watched the guy do her nails for almost two hours and no one stepped in to help???I have also posted a picture of her nails after we had someone at another salon try to fix them. Save your money
I love Pink Polish. They give a very good service! I recommend checking the place out. Julie is my nail tech and I love her.
So beyond disappointed with Pink Polish. I normally do Apres gel x nails of which only one person supposedly does it there. After going there for years I recently had my standing appt in which they called me to move my appt, I was ok with it even though my nails needed it. So fast forward I come in and “Light” my nail tech isn’t at his table but they tell me to sit and someone will wrap my nails for he’s on the phone. Keep in mind Light is the only one to do Apres Nails. Someone comes over and starts directly soaking my nails for about 30 min of which is Not done. Then proceeds to want to take the drill to my nails (again not what you do w Apres nails) you scrape off gently n they come right off. At this point Light never shows his face. I ask what’s going on and he apparently is on the phone dealing w a call, then say he’s at lunch. By this time it’s been an hour and a half has passed, Needless to say my nails We’re left in shambles and I complained to Mark (manager) which he has nothing to say except “I’m sorry” yet continues to work
On his client without every even looking up at me. Having no choice I walked out and found another place immediately. I couldn’t believe that after years of going they honestly didn’t care about making a bad situation into a right situation.
I've been there three times. First, for my husband funeral; then, pick-me-up for the holidays. Now for my birthday. Always kind and helpful, not judgy feeling...trust, because my legs were wolfing out. And I wasn't aware till I lifted my pant legs, lol.
Oh, yeah, men also work there, but that shouldn't stop you from getting your nails done here. Or, make an appt with one of the ladies.
It was my first time coming in today as a walk in. They took me in right away after choosing my color. The place is super clean and very very pretty! I love that their sanitation is on point, specially during these times. I love that everyone specializes in something and they show amazing team work to give you the best results. Not to mention the attention to detail they have! Overall, I give this place 5 stars. Artistry is on point, sanitation is on point, and the people working here is great! You really can relax and have a nice time. Definitely coming back! So glad I walked in!
I had Julie do my nails and she had done an amazing job ! I will definitely go to her again ! ☺️
**Beware of prices**
My mom and I decided to give this nail salon a try. We both did our hands first and we both enjoyed our service, the staff was extremely nice .I asked what was the overall total for my hand and the nail tech gave me one price while I was at his table. My mom and I went on to get pedicures. We both asked for a regular gel pedicure. While the techs were doing our feet they began to add products and services to the pedicure that we did not ask for. The staff was extremely nice but switched to speaking another language before adding things to our bill. When we got our bills we went from a 50 dollar pedicure each to each paying 90 just for our feet. The total for my hands also changed to a higher price than what the nail tech and I originally spoke of. I must say that they did an amazing job on our hands and feet and the experience was very nice. It’s the overall principle of how sneaky and dishonest they were with money. We wished they would’ve offered us the deluxe services and explained what they were doing before taking it upon themself to give us their most expensive service knowing we asked for something else. They hustled and took advantage of us because we were new and didn’t know what their services consisted of, we thought we were getting what we asked for which was a regular gel pedicure. We didn’t want any problems so we paid but I can only imagine what would happen if someone couldn’t pay for a service that they didn’t ask for. My mom said that she also heard another lady complaining about added fees when she clearly asked for one service and they gave her another. They lost lost two new customers simply because of their dishonesty.
Very attentive and clean. Didn't rush through anything. Love my nails and Toes. I would Highly recommend this Beautiful, Peaceful Nail Salon.
