employees are usually rude. they never want to sell crickets for some reason. and they are way overpriced on everything. I drive to Knoxville to petsmart or petco.
We'd called to see if they had a dog-toy in the store, and they did. Even with the treat of impending rain, we rode our motorcycles about 35 miles to the store. They had the toy sitting at the checkout counter, waiting for us!!
Than I saw some kittens and cats in the store!!! I'd take them all if I could!! ????
We rode home with the toy and not one drop of rain fell. ????
WAY TOO OVERPRICED! Literally, any pet supplies you need, go somewhere else. The markup is 50%-150% per item. Dont go here.
This pet store never has anything in stock. Ever. For 6 months I have had to go out of town for all of my pet needs. They never have live feeders either but all other pet stores have them! They occupy a huge building and offer little to no service at this location. It's shameful.
