Great Service! I colored my hair at home and it was an absolute mess! My hair was dark cherry red with splotches of almost black . I called a few salons to see if they could fit me in last minute with this emergency just to lift the very bad dye job. I have a regular and wonderful stylist I go to but she was packed full today. I called Petra’s Salon and they were able to accommodate and take care of me on very short notice. Michelle did a great job!! I’m so pleased !
I am a very regular customer at Petras, Jenna does my acrylic nails once a month and I absolutely adore her! She does a fantastic job! For my hair needs I switch between Danielle and Stephanie who are both phenomenal! I have never had a bad experience in the 3 or 4 years that I have been a customer.
I’ve been getting my hair done by Gabby for months now. She is amazinnng at her job!! She helped me make huge changes to my hair and made me feel beautiful through the process! I recommend her to all of my friends! She will make your hair dreams come true :))
Spent around $300 for just color- without having my hair blow dried OR cut only to have it looking exactly the same as when I arrived to the salon. The hair stylist was rude, forgetting about me when she had another client that she had to attend to. Apparently the other client was much more important than I was (even though I still paid the outrageous amount for this damn color) She left the color on my hair much longer than needed due to her attending to another client while my session was not completed. I complained to Petra and she called my phone, yelling at me. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life before. She told me that is was my own fault that I chose to come to the salon in the first place. If you want horrid service while paying an outrageous price, this place is for you. Maybe, Petra will also yell at you via telephone if you pay $300 for a service that looks the exact same. She was one of the most condescending and degrading persons I have ever spoken to in my life via telephone.
I came to Petra's and entrusted their stylists to go from long hair to a short hair cut. My stylist did a fantastic job on the haircut! I was very pleased with the results. My only complaint is that she seemed more nervous from cutting so much hair off which made it difficult for me to relax and enjoy having my hair cut.
The staff was very friendly and offered me water upon arrival.

I've been going to Petra's for many years. Her staff excels at terrific service and does a great job of making people feel comfortable. She hires talented hairdressers... Ginger is my hairdresser and she is FANTASTIC!!!
There has never been a time that I wasn't made to feel like part of their salon family when I visit! Amazing customer service and Danielle works wonders with my hair every time! She gives you exactly what you're looking for, encourages new and exciting changes, and is a great listener! I'd never imagine going anywhere else!
This was my first time at Petra's. Michelle was my stylist. She listened to my hair problems and needs, and then she created a wonderful style! I will most definitely go back!
