Me and my roomate had a great Chinese last night, was probably the best I've had in a while, probably one of the best ones I've had in medway. I really don't understand these bad reviews as the food was delivered quickly, it was hot and absolutely delicious, I usually find most Chinese's to be bland but everything was wonderfully seasoned and had great flavour, this is coming from a fellow chef and we will be ordering again from you! Thankyou so much!

the food was hot and very nice compared to places closer to home and it was also delivered quickly by a lovely bloke who was very chatty will definitely be returning!

I ordered my food not long time before they to closed,the food arrived burned and with a faraway from delicious taste.If they were so much on rush to close,why they accepted my order?This was my last order from this place:).

We've ordered a few times since they've been under new management and cannot fault anything, the foods been amazing hot and fresh and has been delivered in the quoted time. Our new favourite Chinese now would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Ordered about 6.10pm, rang them at 7pm as the food still hadn't arrived. The woman on the phone claimed that we cancelled, she then said that she'd send the driver to deliver our food.

At 8.30pm I phoned again as the food STILL hadn't arrived. The woman said that they made the food again and the food was on its way.

At 8.45pm the food finally arrived!

The food was luke warm... none the less it tasted nice.

The worst customer service experience, the picture on their leaflet is very misleading. I ordered something from them and complained, but instead the owner who I spoke to kept slamming the phone down on me, claiming I am shouting at her when clearly she was the rude one. They need a better manager in that place to deal with customer querries politely and in a more civilised manner. The quantity of food you get compared to how much you pay for should be reviewed as well. VERY RUDE OWNER. NO STAR GIVING, WASTE OF MY MONEY.

Very disappointed. We have been coming here for 8 years, last night was the final time.

The food wasnt cooked properly, the order was wrong. The chicken balls were dripping in fat, the lemon chicken wasnt cooked properly. Somone is going to get I'll eating it.They did send the driver back with a refun for the noodles. I dont know if they have changed there cheif!!..

It saddens me to say but they have lost our custom.

I received a text to say your food is on its way... almost 30 minutes later when we was still waiting I called them... a lady told me the just eat app isn’t accurate!

The food was warm but sweaty where it had sat wrapped up for so long.

The order was wrong and we left most of it. I was going to call they back but I can’t be bothered.... based on my call to ask where the order was!

We literally live 5 minutes from the restaurant....
