My girlfriend brought me here for Mother's Day as a treat for both of us. We were seen pretty quickly at our appointment time.
The service was really good, so I came back about three weeks later and showed them a picture of a nail design that I really wanted. I wasn't sure they were going to be able to do it but they sent Hailey my way and girl, she was Confident as hell with a capital "C" in her skills. She knocked it out of the park with how professional, meticulous and talented she was. I only want her to do my nails from now on!
The shop is always super busy, so reservations are recommended. The only two cons I can think of are:
1) They charge you a $1.00 fee to use your card to pay. I've said this many times before that it's their cost of doing business and shouldn't be absorbed by the customers as customers are already patronizing the business;
2) They charge $5.00 to remove gel polish, no matter what. I've been to shops that do not charge the gel removal if you are replacing it with another gel manicure, which I think is fair. I don't like the nickel and diming.
Overall, still a very good shop but due to the credit card surcharge and mandatory $5.00 for gel removal, I will consider going to other shops.
I made an appointment for 10 am for my sisters my mom and I. I asked for the last picture and this is what they gave me. I told them multiple times the nails weren’t done properly and they did not care. They made my sisters wait outside for 40 minutes even though we made an appointment. She didn’t clean our cuticles at all and charged us $60 for this. Horrible service last time I came here 2 months ago before this incident and same thing I waited 30 minutes even though I had an appointment and the lady who did my toes made fun of them and continue to laugh at them.
Would not recommend coming here at all. Overcharged, horrible service, terrible art work, and won’t stick to appointment and are extremely rude.
My favorite nail shop! I've been going here consistently for over 2yrs and before covid I was going every two weeks for pedicures. Johanna is my favorite and she's really sweet. We are always greeted kindly, it's fun being a regular somewhere.
I'm really disappointed with my experience on Tuesday. I developed a bad infection on my toe nails after getting a pedicure at this location. I am in so much pain & can barely walk. I called to let the owner know & he hanged up on me. I regret ever coming here & I will not be returning back.
Horrible place. I did not enjoy my manicure and pedicure at all. The lady doing my manicure kept hurting me and didn't do a good job at all. When I complained to the front they didn't do anything and made me pay for a service I wasn't happy with
Hit or miss. Some nail techs like Hailey are amazing and always booked. Some can do a better job. Overall good establishment and they are always kind.
Tracy is wonderful!! She is very skilled and not aggressive with her nail filing! Very transparent about prices as well, once something else has been added, she lets you know how much it'll cost. Love it, will be going back!!
I used to like this place for its location convenience, some nail techs are good some are bad, it’s whoever you get that day. But lately the waiting time has been horrible. I’ve had appointments that I arrive on time (sometimes even early) and I’m waiting at least an extra 30 minutes. This business only wants your money and are inconsiderate of your time. I’ve also walked in without appointments and when I ask how long they always say 15 or 30 minutes which is a lie. I’ve waited the time they tell me and when I follow up how much longer they say it’s going to be another 30 minutes. It’s absurd. I could have left and gotten started somewhere else nearby. They just want your money and are not honest. I would appreciate a business if they were honest from the start and said “it’ll be at least an hour”. I would just leave and not waist any more of my time. I’ve waited from 9:45am until 10:20am.
