First time here, friendly helpful staff, don't think it took long. My dog is about 30lbs she had a full grooming bath, she got her ears cleaned, nails clipped and I think teeth brushed came to $30. I did purchase an additional product so my total was a little more then above mentioned price. Overall very satisfied and my Sailee girl was very happy and ready for a car ride. We will come back again, thank you.

Took our girl Rosie for the first time and she was treated so good! The staff was friendly, gave her a complimentary mineral bath, and did a fantastic job on her cut!! We will only be going here from now on! Our second girl is getting her cut today and we can't wait to see her! Thank you Paw Prints for taking such great care of our pets!!!!

They did a good job with my doodle mix but not with my schnauzer. I asked for a sanitary and face clean up. They cut his ear tip, the top of his head was bleeding and he has razor burn on his neck. I didn't know why he was shaking when I picked him up until I got home. Thankfully he didn't get a full haircut or he would've been cut everywhere! The staff didn't even mention anything when I asked how the appointments went with both of my pups.

Great, fast and friendly service. I take my pit mix their all the time. He loves being there and is so excited to see the paw prints crew everytime. They love him. ❤????

My cat came home with a lot of burrs stuck all over her fur. There was no way I could get them all out. I called Venetian vet but they were booked two weeks out. They recommended paw prints. Paw prints got her in quickly & did an excellent job!!!!

First, and last ti.e using this groomer. I told them I wanted Priscilla trimmed to shape her hair, and I am growing it out.. No one listened,they cut it all off, unevenly! He said my small dog wouldn't let him touch her paws. Not true! I pet the often... I took her to the vet, they trimmed her nails with no issue. I paid $50 for a shampoo, dry and the worst haircut. My poor baby! Never again.

I take my lhasa here and he’s an older dog, I always get a short cut and they have been so accommodating to Momos snarky attitude. He’s quite a big deal but they are always so patient with him. Very flexible with my schedule also.

Let them know my dog had IVDD + Arthritis - senior doggo . But my pup has had bad experiences with vets so he gets very scared now with others . We came in for a clipping so they did it in front of us, but they were very rough with him, grabbed the back leg and pull up in the opposite direction like if your leg is being yanked from the back knowing the dog has health issues , you can see the uncomfortable scared feeling as my dog would yank away the leg and they would squeeze and pull back . They have plastic kennels stacked on top of eachother and when the dogs move you can see the kennel rocking its very unsafe if it fell 5 to 6 ft to the ground . Finally found a spot our dog feels very comfortable and is actually happy when coming out. Dont know how they are still in business almost all the pets there look super scared I've even seen a lady yank the dogs neck the other way to finish cutting his hair and the dog just looked so scared owners weren't even there. I just wont be coming back, you wait for a very long time and walking in you dont get greeted, everyone just looks like they hate their jobs. If your going to run a grooming place make sure you actually love pets. Not to mention its so dirty and dusty in there i can only imagine the back and the kennels. Should of checked all the bad reviews before considering this place. If they're rough in front of me i can only imagine what they do to dogs in the back.
