This business is a trans safe space <3. I saw Kaylynn for a hair dye appointment; I had high expectations and she completely surpassed them. The quality of the service here is incredible and all of the staff are so so nice. I am super thankful to have had the wonderful opportunity to have my hair dyed by such an amazing stylist. If you're thinking about getting your hair dyed, definitely do it here :)

First visit today, had a very good experience. The salon is gorgeous and exactly what you want to see. In my experience a great atmosphere is indicative of the type of service you get. I saw Kaylynn today 11/9 and I have the picture of the blonde, brown and grey mess. She did a fantastic job, very communicative and provided a good idea of what options were available for me. I have a situation going on right now that has nothing to do with the appointment but she was very gracious and I will be back. Thank you Kaylynn and Patricia for my day today.

Love, love, love! The salon setting and all the hair stylist are wonderful and work well together. Lexie is a miracle worker!! My previous hair stylist destroyed my hair color, but Lexie spun her magic and fixed it. I now have natural looking hair color instead of a bad frost job from the 60's.

I cannot say enough great thing about Patrica’s salon. Then environment is both welcoming and peaceful. My stylist, Tori Slater was phenomenal throughout the entire service. my hair turned out better than I imagined. I love the color and the cut. Patricia was so kind, and the salon itself is so beautiful. I usually dread having my hair done but I cannot wait to go back here!

Aubrey did an amazing job on my hair ! I had been coloring my hair at home for a few months and it had gotten to a point where I didn’t know how to fix it. I wanted to go back to natural after dying it black and I had some patches of different colors in my hair and she helped me out tremendously. I felt comfortable trusting her with the whole process, I’m forever grateful for her. The rest of the staff is also very nice. Overall, this is a very nice salon and I am very happy with my results.

Literally the best haircut I’ve ever had. I had Kaylynn cut my hair and she did a wonderful job! I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted and also to kind of eyeball it. I have very thick wavy hair that sometimes sits flat on my face. She cut it so well so that it frames my face perfectly and is also light and bouncy. Definitely coming back here again

I had my hair colored yesterday at Patricia Hill Studio. I want to prevent potential clients of Kristina Aslim and this studio from going through what I went through yesterday. I requested a root touch-up and highlights and was very specific in my instructions and presented several pictures as references and inspiration photos.

After 3 hours of having hair painted from top to bottom, with no visible highlights, the finished product was horrifying. The maroon monotone dark hair was nothing that I had requested. It was literally one dark color. I was upset and asked to speak to the owner. They put me in a back room and said the manager would not speak to me and no one would be willing to fix my hair, but I could email the owner another day. I asked if they would please contact the owner to figure out what could be done to correct the color. Again, I was told that the manager/owner would not speak to me and would not be willing to correct anything. Kristina ran to the back and hid and never came back. I was asked to leave and promised the owner would contact me. They took pictures of my hair and literally kicked me out of the salon.

No one ever reached out today. Truly upsetting, embarrassing and the most unprofessional behavior I have experienced in a business.

After reading the response from the owner, it does concern me. I did not leave without paying for my services. I was asked to leave. Thankfully I was able to get an appointment the next day at a different salon and they were mortified at the results. They said to attempt to "fix" the color that Kristina applied to my hair would be a nightmare and the best bet would be to place foils and a toner and to just let the color fade out eventually. It was such a difference to have the stylist listen to my needs and respect me as a client.
