Absolutely horrible experience I came here a couple times and after some guy did my gel manicure won’t be going back he got mad because I asked for burgundy gel polish and the the women that works there kept telling me that it looked pink because it was only one coat but in the picture you can clearly see it is not burgundy with one or even two coats very frustrating when you pay for what you don’t ask for they wanted to argue that’s fine they lost a loyal customer oh and they get very irritated when you speak up! They don’t even deserve one star!!
So friendly, great priced, and the work is phenomenal!! I love my nails and toes. FINALLY a good place up here in the desert ????????????????
All honestly the older lady that did my nails messed up i been going there for years and i wasnt happy with my results! First she shaped my big toe horribly by one big toe nail being longer then the other one then when I tried to correct her she got a attitude and started being rough on my feet. They lost a loyal customer today! Because everybody could tell i wasn’t happy and nobody asked/wanted to fix it they just straight up ignored me. So do yourself a favor and dont come here.
Had appointment at 1030 got there at 1015 didn't leave till 115 my nails look like if a kid did the polish I've always got gel and right now the polish is already coming off firs y and last time going there
DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE AT ALL " Very unsanitary. They were using old files and old sponges. The guy Michael literally had finished with another client and then attempted to use the same ones on my girlfriend. Did no even sanitize nor got new ones to do. That's really disgusting. Used a old sponge to scrub and that's when we had enough. Walked out extremely disappointed. NEVER EVER COMING BACK. Would not recommend 0/10 If I could rate 0 stars I would. For your safety avoid at all costs
Older gentleman with long hair did my nails throughout the process I asked him to correct several things, i just wanted my gel nails to look smooth and nice, by the end he was just rushing me off and saying they look beautiful and we're done. I honestly was just frustrated by the end, paid and left.
Christine and Alex are the best. Been a loyal client for a few years.
I am so pleased with my nails and the affordability. Mr Dang and Ms. Thuy did a wonderful job and now this is my go to place for nails!
