We walked in with 7 people and they were immediately able to take us in. They were fast and good. The environment was calm and their work was fantastic. We are from NC and decided to come get a mani/pedi before we boarded our cruise tomorrow. We will come back if we come back to this area. Thank you!
My daughter and I got Manicures and pedicures I showed up a little early for my appointment and they got us in right way They were very professional and the place is clean. I couldn't be happier with the way my nails came out! Next time I come back to Orlando I will be going right back to them.
Went in on recommendation, totally regret it. Prices are standard but the problem is you DO NOT get what you pay for. They also tell you they can do anything you show them that’s not entirely true. And also they do what they want, I asked for pink and white gel 4 times and the man who did my nails still used powder Also the pic I showed him was from their page still did a completely different look. They don’t do cuticles or even lotion. Nope never again.
they charged me $30 dollars on my 7 year old daughter feet. Usually any other place charges $20. I wasn’t aware of that price but it makes sense why the lady asked me her age now. My pedicure was $30 how do you charge the same price as an adult? And the lady in the front was rude.
Worst nail salon. I went today with my 5 years old daughter, and the lady who paint her nails was in a very bad mood. She was pulling her hands hard she treat her very bad. My lil girl was so sweet that she didnt even move and was about to cry. I told her that it was not right and they were doing my pedicure and removing my old powder, I told them that I was leaving and not getting my hands done. They don’t even care and charge me for everything even a fee for removing my nails. It was an awful experience for us specially for what they did with my daughter. That lady is terrible. Don’t go ever!
Waxed my eyebrows far too thin even though I specifically told her not to do that beforehand. Additionally, I received a mediocre pedicure and a horrific manicure. It was clearly rushed and she drew blood from four of my fingers. The bathroom and building was clearly a dump and the bathroom was very dark.
Do NOT get your nails done here!! I have HORRIBLE FUNGUS on 4 of my nails! I have been a loyal client for the past few months almost a year.. I have never had an issue with them until THIS. My nails are ruined! I always got acrylic overlay because I wanted to stop using tips and let my natural nails grow. Now I have to start over!!! It’ll take weeks even months to repair the damage they did to my natural nails! I’m so disappointed and disgusted. This is not sanitary! Save your nails and save your money! I removed my nails myself after my index finger popped off while washing dishes revealing this disgusting fungus underneath.
