I've been here three times and each time has been less satisfactory than the last. I'm not one to complain, but they also don't seem to critical of feedback or too worried about their work.
"No refunds, but we'll re-preform the service if unsatisfactory". They didn't even give me that much. I had to choose a different polish and instead of redoing the service and all my nails, they only redid the chipped nails and layered on top of the old polish.
I quite literally could've done a better job myself (and have).
I made an appointment for 2 full sets and showed up early. The owner stated we couldn’t do any nails with any type of design because the only have one person that can apparently do designs and she was gone that day. Okay… so whatever no problem. Then as we’re waiting she asks to see what we’re wanting to do. We show her pictures, mine was a simple pink to nude ombre and she tells me they don’t have that color. Then asked a couple times if I wanted them as long as the photo. Then says they’ll need to soak off my acrylic nails (that have never needed soaked off before) while they start my sisters nails. We ended up leaving because they seemed to not want our business and everything was an issue, even the most simple nails. She had very poor customer service and acted like we were inconveniencing her. Like I said, we left. I would not recommend this place at all

I did a walk-in pedicure. The woman acted annoyed when I asked her to make the water more hot. This was my French pedicure. She also made two toes bleed while trimming the cuticles. I would've complained but they hardly speak English. Won't return here.
this nail salon was amazing!! had such friendly workers. we called for an appointment for two people, and they got us in right on time! the lady that i got was very experienced and she was so gentle with my nails and took her time, which paid off because they are adorable! i would definitely recommend coming here!

Our experience was great! We placed a reservation at another nail place and when we got there they turned us away. Having a large group of 7 we were very nervous with prom coming up. But, we called Paris Nails nails and they said come right away! They were all super sweet and my nails look great! I would really recommend this place if not for the atmosphere for the great workers. I will be coming back!
I’ve never received a manicure and pedicure at the same time. It was relaxing. My nails were beautiful when they were complete.
