A simple but lovely little cafe that serves the best fish and chips in England ... well, at least the parts I have visited. Great service with happy employees and happy guests! Thanks from Texas USA.
Honestly wasn't expecting much as this was the recommended restaurant on a tour, but was impressed with the kind service of the staff. Food was pretty decent and would recommend this spot to friends.

Nice traditional cafe but a bit pricy for what you get £7.95 for a breakfast with a cup of tea. Bit stuffy inside, no ventilation and bit difficult to get around, not for the disabled / wheel chair users. Also, needs decorating and sprucing up a bit ????
Best cafe in town for a bacon butty & mug o tea. Keeping us all socially distanced, very clean/hygienic. Staff are all friendly, polite & helpful. Wide range of meals, desserts, snacks & drinks, all reasonably priced. Plenty of seating for larger groups. Not wheelchair friendly as big step down to get to seating & toilets upstairs.
