This place sucks. I asked for a trim and I even showed a picture of what I wanted and they made it way to short. After she got done I told my mom that I didn’t like it and the lady that cut my hair started laughing at the fact that my haircut was bad. Never coming back here again

Kim does a great job and is very friendly. It has taken me years to find a great barber in Florence. She is the one. Regardless, all of the team at Palmetto Chop Shop are great.

I have been going to The Chop Shop since Katya opened it with just herself as the only operator. I can’t remember how many years that has been but quite a few. I have had all five operators cut my hair and was pleased with all of them. This is a great place with great prices and I don’t have to adhere to a scheduled time. I usually call ahead to see if there are a lot of customers waiting so I can adjust my wait time. The staff is not only good at haircuts but also friendly and caring. I highly recommend The Chop Shop.

Mrs Lawanda was absolutely awesome. She worked a miracle on my hair color. Couldn't of asked for a better stylist. Ms. Kim also did a great job with my son's hair cut. Needless to say we will definitely be back.
