Nail salons shouldn’t operate like fast food restaurants. Booked an appointment with me and my daughter. They took her back before me. I found my color and followed. I sat down beside her and was asked to get up from the chair because it was going to be used for another customer. I let them know I had booked an appointment for me and my daughter to get our nails done together. They informed me they would service me when a tech became available. By then I was upset because I specifically booked an appointment for me and my 11 year old daughter to have the experience together. It took them 10 min to do my daughters gel manicure. But wait, doesn’t that usually take at least 30 min to have the experience. They did nothing on her. I declined getting my nails done here. I’ll find another nail salon in the future. I was upset to even pay the fee associated with her service. Wouldn’t recommend this place. You’re a number , they don’t care about the experience for you. They want you in and out so they can make money off the next person. Insulted.

I had previously gotten gel nails for the first time done at another location. I was very pleased and happy...loved them. Due to time constraints, i decided i would run into P&P nails because it's close to my house...i made appt and was there 5 minutes early. I waited over 20 minutes without being greeted and it was getting late and i decided to go to my car and try another time. A lady ran out to me and said "I'm done now, you can come in now" i said ok, well im running behind on time now but i may still be able to make it..i go in.. she throws the water on and points to my chair and goes back to her other customer...meanwhile my feet are in the cold water that she ran and left me unattended another 10 minutes. She finally finishes her other client and comes to me and proceeds to start picking at the gel on my nails and asking what it is..i said gel and she goes and gets the drill.... she went to town drilling..it hurt but i was like maybe this is good... start fresh... so i decided to just get regular polish... well...little did i know at the time is that she didn't smooth out the nail bed...i didn't notice it until later when i was home... look at the indentation on my nail beds... that big toe hurts on top.. kinda like an exposed nerve...i am so mad and i wanted to cry so much. You know i am not picky at all..... im a human..i deserve dignity and respect as an individual...i did not get that today... people.. please go elsewhere! Not worth the pain or trouble!
Usually have a good experience, however the last few times I've gone in here I've ended up with nails that don't look good. I try and communicate what needs to be changed (rough spot/globs on my nail, white residue left around edges of the dip, etc) and I'm misunderstood or met with attitude. I've given the benefit of the doubt, but I no longer have trust in their techs. It's happened one too many times.
Got Acrilic nails and got a fill, don't think they do a wonderful job and their prices are a little higher than other places I have used. Okay in a pinch but won't use again unless I need to. Say they have free drinks but have never been offered one.
I would give them lower than a 1 rating if I could!! Don’t go here!! They lied about a treatment damaging my nails. They said it wouldn’t damage anything and acted like I was silly asking. That was a lie!! Then when I went back to remove it and do what I originally wanted, they lied about how long what I wanted done would take because it wasn’t what they wanted or thought I should do. I left and went to another nail place and they fixed me up and did a beautiful job!!
best place to have nails or toes done. Everyone is so nice and so helpful. We always have fun everytime us three go. Thank you P & P
