Our first time at Happy Nails and they did amazing! My daughter and I got a full set and a gel fill. Kevin and Tina did an amazing job. The staff is friendly and the place is super clean!! We definitely found our new nails spa! ❤️

They used a nail tip to pry off my poly gel nails. If they couldn't get it of by prying with a nail tip, they used metal pliers which made me bleed (shown in picture). Pliers also made poly gel debris fly which even hit the technicians neck and hurt her. It hurt a lot and made me bleed.

I walked in and asked if they were CLOSED because the owner was busy mopping the floor…he says that they are OPEN and do I mind having my mani & pedi done at the same time ! Sure

Well, there must of been a fire drill.

For some reason they were both working so fast, the lady cutting my cuticles took a nice CHUNK out of my finger. Bleeding like I could use a stitch, she puts that frickin glue on & it just about made me wanna knock her out !! I started to cry, hurt like hell !! I remained patient….then they SKIP most of the pedicure, cause the pretty boy owner needs to go…didn’t offer me a tissue, a discount, a coupon, nothing !! Great way to run a biz !

I’ve been going to this salon on and off for a while and they normally do a decent job. However this most recent experience was by far the worst I’ve ever had. Every nail was a different length and some of them were just completely wonky. After the appointment my cuticles and skin around my nails were next to raw, and the design is already coming off my finger after less than a week. I used to be able to rely on this place doing a good job, but not after this.

They whacked half of my friends eyebrow off and cut my cuticles all up! Every single one of my fingers have cuts on them & after I kept telling her she was cutting me she didn’t care and kept doing it! Didn’t even try to refund my friend half her money back or nothing. Definitely do NOT recommend!!!!! ????????????????????????????????

They always get you in quickly even without an appointment. Everyone is super friendly and my nails are always done well no matter who does them.

Amazing they are very nice and are very well organized my nails look so fabulous and nice loves them so perfect definitely a good salon !!!

The nails I got each time were gorgeous! But the last time I went will be the last time I go ever. They over filed my nails, and I told the girl repeatedly that she was hurting me and she even nicked me. She literally said “honey, you don’t get your nails done often do you?”. No mam, you just cut me and it hurt. She also repeatedly asked me if I was there with anyone and how old I was. It was a little suspicious and I lied because there was no reason for her to keep asking me that (I’m 23 so no I didn’t need a parent lol). Anyway, I’d go with someone if you do want to go but just be cautious.
