I normally order from here and don’t have a problem but yesterday I made an order for delivery at 5.50 and it was delivered at 6pm within 10mins. I said to the driver that was fast and asked if the food was fresh which he replied yes. Once I opened it it seemed that it was microwaved old food and indeed not freshly made! None the else I ate it and got food poisoning! Will NOT be ordering again!
I always order from this place and never have a problem usually but last couple orders have been appalling. The burger fillet came last time hard seemed like it was made hours ago. So this time thought it would be different as they usually don’t make mistakes, I even rang to make sure they give it fresh as possible which the guy on the phone agreed to. When the burger arrived it was pink in the middle had to spit it back out. I rang back up and completely disregarded me asked me to come in and show them. What kind of customer service is that? Wouldn’t recommend due to this reason. I had took pictures to prove so they can’t deny this.
The food here is solid to be honest. A solid establishment on Union street. I either go for the chicken burger meal or the 3pc 3pc chicken meal. The burger fillet could be more spicy and the chips could be cooked in clean oil. The same problem with the chicken. I would prefer it to be a bit more spicier. However I cannot complain.
Visit this take away once in a while. I personally prefer Georgia's or Havanas which is still on Union street. However I really can't complain.
Amazing burgers and chips and also chicken. The spicy version of all these delicacies is the best as you can enjoy the hotness and well-made food at the same time. Probably one of the best takeaways so far and there is one in Burnley, and it tastes great I would definitely recommend this takeaway pretty much to anyone and big burgers compared to your traditional takeaways.
Heard lots of positive reviews about this place so wanted to give it a try.
Where to start? Location, plenty of other fried chicken places about so I would steer clear of here to be honest and try them.
Below par spicy chicken burger, doesn’t have any flavour just leaves your lips sore afterwards.
Chicken fillet burgers also flat as a pancake.
Made me chuckle to be honest how they do not put any sauces on your chips, when asked ‘it’s the way we always do it’ I don’t understand why you can’t grab a bottle of sauce and chuck some sauce on?? It’s hard not, costing you pennies with watered down sauces anyway. Charges 50p for a sauce tub, half full. LOL. Disappointing, never again. There was a reason why it was quiet and about 5 other places on the street were busy.
Wish the chicken had a bit more flavour chicken was really fresh portion size was nice juicy chicken chips were very nice and sauces too would order again thank you

Peace be upon you all. My favourite chicken shop but only when the boss man KAKA is in lol. Really looks after everyone and I can not say anything wrong with the chicken shop. The spice is super spicy though if you like that.
Keep up the good work guys.
Always great food and consistent too. Never had a bad order off them. Always see the same staff which says to me they probably treat them good which is the basis for there continued quality
