I’ve been going to for almost two years and the last couple of times it’s not been great. Today I wanted to get my nails done to boost my mood and was apprehensive about going here. Thi took his time to shape my nails and make sure I was happy with every step. I’m so happy even if I had to wait when I first got there. My nails look so pretty
Beautiful job! Had a spa pedicure with massage and exfoliation. I got gel as well and its so nice, great place for girl talk and relaxation!
Completely rushed. I got a plain gel color on my hands and they didn’t set it all the way any of the 3 times I went back to give them another chance. I went back and when I was walking away I realized she still didn’t set it all the way. So I went back again and when she re did it, it was still wrinkling. After her boss spoke to her about it she finally let it set under the light for more than 10 seconds. When she finally cured it thoroughly it was all messy: on my skin under my nail, and super lumpy. To top it all off, she shooed me away after because she had a client waiting. If she had done it right the first time, my thumb would’ve only taken 10, ended up being there for 30 minutes. While I know you can’t define a place by one worker, they shouldn’t have people on staff that make the place look bad. I wish I could get my money back.
The woman that did my toes was very nice and I got regular polish not gel even though they asked 3 different times. She definitely didn’t do my cuticles correctly nor did she file them correctly. The polishing was very poor I left with polish on my skin on almost every toe! I was also annoyed that the man that was doing my daughters toes was constantly BURPING! Very unprofessional and very disgusting.Needless to say that we won’t be returning.
In 2 times…same tech who did my nails and pedi seemed to take short cuts, did not listen to what I wanted and appeared lazy. Also, they don’t use tub liners for a pedi. They will get a second chance with my nails, with a different tech, but never again a pedi here.
I have been to this nail salon several times and everything has been fine until today. I requested a gel mani and regular polish on my toe nails. My fingernails and my toes were supposed to be the same color. I had a guy painting my toes as a lady was painting my fingernails. I noticed they looked different than each other but just thought the colors would come together as they dried. I showed them the difference at the end. They blamed it on the polish manufacturer that they were different. Their solution would be for me to pay extra to use a different polish on my toes to match my fingernails. The colors are pretty but it was not what I ordered. My daughter and myself will take our business elsewhere next time.
The best nail salon I’ve been to in Cape May! I had made an appt for an acrylic full set and they were able to fit me in for a pedicure as well. Pedi was fabulous and the pedicurist even put my shoes on for me and tied them! My acrylics came out AMAZING, and I love that they used a clear acrylic + gel polish instead of just using a colored acrylic. Great selection of colors! The manicurist was very gentle and precise, and even though it was 30 mins past closing she took her time to make my nails perfect. I will definitely come back to Oriental Nails the next time I’m in town!
Since I moved here recently I wasn’t sure which nail Solon to pick but I’m glad I picked Oriental Nails. Very professional and the work is excellent. They’ll be my salad to go to.
