Awful, first time I ordered half a roast duck. It arrived like tinned shredded meat squashed into a plastic tub, nothing like described in the menu. Second time I sent my son up to get a large tub of curry sauce costing £3.50!!!! I was better of getting a whole curry from somewhere else....extortionate prices. Over rated food.
Also if you complain there's no manager?? Terrible customer service they just want your money and no time for customers concerns. I'd avoid this place.
Wrong food delivered. Phoned to let them know and the older woman with the blonde hair was exceptionally rude! Argued with me even though what she said we ordered was totally different from what was actually ordered! Offered no form of apology or a swap, will never be back here again, need to sort their staff out!!!
Absolutely appalling! Like eating a bucket of SALT! DISGUSTING. I paid £15 for so called food that went in the bin. I doubt they read their reviews, but PLEASE, PLEASE control the amount of MSG and SALT you are putting into your food. It tastes awful. Pure SALT!!!
Dissapointing. Took ages to deliver and was cold by the time it arrived. Also the delivery driver would not come up the lift and deliver it to my door. I has to go down the stairs to get it. To add insult to injury driver was pulling away when I got down stairs. After all the hsstle it wasn't worth the wait as the food was bland. Won't be ordering from them again.
