I actually would give 2.5 stars.
So it has been a week since I got my nail service. Not really impressed. First time here and probably my last.
I made an 11am appointment for a manicure with gel polish with Young and 2 pedicures. We weren't called to the back until about 25 minutes after 11, and my SO was serviced I had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. However, Young did wrap my nail to remove the gel polish.
Young does not do pedicures so someone else did that. However while the lady was doing my pedicure young started my nails. He actually completed my fingernails during my pedicure. I did not like that because it felt rushed and it caused the lady to cut the side of my foot. This was my first time doing the gel dip and he stood to the pedicure chair to do it. Again I felt rushed.
My nails looked okay but I've never had gel dip so I really don't know.
To me the gel dip looks like acrylic or press-on nails which I do not like. They are very bulky and it looks fake.
I thought doing my nails at the pedicure chair was their normal thing but once I was finished, Young took this other lady to his chair to do her nails, she was also getting a pedicure.
It was not the best service especially for the price we paid.
On another note Young said the manicure wasn't necessary because the machine used to do my nails would clean them up; not true I need a manicure right now.
Side note: I do not like my nails shaved down and that was the machine he used on my nails.
I'm sure I will not return.
Went there yesterday for the first time and got an acrylic French manicure and it turned out perfect! Young did my nails and shaped them so well! Ivy did my French pedicure and it looks amazing. I would 100% recommend this place!
I absolutely love Organic Nail Spa on Causeway Blvd. They always take good care of you & have the best service ever. Ivy took care of my pedicure today and it was the best pedicure and foot massage I've ever had. They are courteous and will take good care of you. Rate 5 stars every time. Organic nail dip and spa always does the BEST nails in Tampa! I have had my nails done by multiple staff members and they look beautiful every time. Most recent nails in these photos were done by Young.
The salon's decor is modern and clean, with very comfortable chairs. I had a great experience here. This is my second time coming and both times have been awesome. Was looking for a new nail place and my friends recommended Organic Nail Dip and Spa. They really do take their time and make sure you’re comfortable every part of your experience. Had a dip powder manicure a several days ago, and this is how they look right now. I’ve never gotten a manicure that only lasted for 2 days. Keep in mind I didn’t do anything that would possibly damaged them.
AND I only asked them to change the color, the length and shape to stay the same. However, the guy still charged me $5 for the almond shape (???) I already had almond shape to start with, I told him again that I’m not changing the shape and he simply replied “yea this is just how it works here.”
Anyway, such a sketchy place with poor quality products and unclear way of charging.
So glad I ended up at Organic Nail! Such an awesome experience! The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect. I have only been here now twice but I highly recommend it as a long term salon! The salon is always clean Best of all? They're priced very competitively compared to other salons in this area. I am so impressed and amazed.
I really enjoy coming to Organic Nail! Came here I had a pedicure, one of the best experiences 10/10! I'm constantly getting compliments on how great my gel nails look and the manicure last! They’re clean quick professional and well mannered. Overall very clean and the staff was very kind and polite.
