Possibly the best gel manicure I’ve ever had! I was in town for a wedding and decided to see if anyone was open for a walk-in, and I am so thankful they were! There has been literally no chipping and I got my manicure 16 days ago. I have picked at a few spots, but otherwise each nail still looks perfect. Wish I lived closer so I could get this all the time!
I so badly wanted this to be a 5. I was excited after reading reviews and being able to actually get an appt last minute. I haven’t had my nails done since October and figured I’d treat myself to some pampering. The building is beautiful and everyone is very nice. The cuticle Clean up and polish were done beautifully. The 3 stars is because of the awful shaping. I said I wanted a shorter squoval, or a square oval. This is a common shape and I have gotten it done before. What I got are slanted squares, square squares, my nail lengths aren’t even….I just want these to grow out so I can have them redone because I can’t stand looking at the inconsistency. I will go back, but I am going to try a different nail tech because all the reviews I read and the photos I saw make it seem worth it.
Took my girls and a friend for their first nail appointments. It was perfect. The salon is very relaxing and pretty. They were excellent with the girls. We will be back again.
P.s. Tip your tech or go home and do your own mani pedi
I believe my tech was Lucy and omg this is like the best nail job I’ve ever had! Super clean shop and super nice staff. 5/5 recommend. I’ll be returning for future nail needs for sure!
Orchid Nail Spa is absolutely wonderful. From the hostess at the front desk to the manicurist (Anna) and pedicurist (Una) I simply had a great experience.
Anna did an incredible job replicating the design I showed her a picture of, extremely well done! And Una was kind enough to squeeze me in even though I forgot to book the pedicure when I made the appointment orginally.
The hostess was so understanding and tried so hard to make sure I was taken care of.
Love this place!
Terrible customer service. I call to make a 4pm appointment. I make a 30minute commute from Zion and when I arrive they had me wait around 10 minutes just to be told we don’t have time to see you. Don’t recommend wasting your time here either!
Great place. In town and needed a no chip manicure. Nice people, clean and did a great job!
Very clean and friendly atmosphere but have had a hard time getting in lately. I don't think they take walk-ins any longer and don't have availability needed when I call for appt. Good for them (they are busy), bad for me!
