I like to review business fairly and my experience with this beauty supply was not pleasant. I asked the old Chinese man for assistance with a clothing item and as I was trying to look at it he basically snached the clothing out of my hand and called someone to take it behind the counter as if I was trying to steal it out of his hands or something. I feel like the African American dollar isn't really appreciated at asin owned beauty supplies like this. I will be happy to see African Americans opening beauty supplies in our own communities and serving our own communities. If your interested in shopping African American check out Heavenly Beauty ATL. I will no longer be giving this place my business. Let's stop making people rich off of our dollar that don't invest back into our communities and don't treat us with respect. I went here on a suggestion from someone. I wanted to love them but they were just expensive and just alright.
Had to find what I was looking for. I wanted to find out a price for an item so I walked til I saw a man that shooed me away shouting over there ????and now I'm forced to speak loudly to get someone's attention. Yes so, I didn't feel welcome. Where is the good customer service at?
Cluttered store. Products might not be as new so check before you lace store. Nail kit i purchased acetone was leaking but they replaced with no problem.
It was a little congested in there but had everything you needed and they were very Friendly and Curtious I would Recommend others to Shop there ????Satisfied Customer ????
