I was very excited to try this place out, but honestly for a service that should have taken no more than an hour, I was getting dip nails removed and getting a new set, it took just over TWO HOURS. On top of that they changed me not just for the service but also $20 to remove my old dip. I have NEVER had another nail salon charge for removal if you were getting them replaced. The girl that did it was nice enough, and she was VERY meticulous if nothing else, but 2+ hours and $70.00 later, I didn't even get ANY kind of massage, not even the pathetic 2 minute lotion massage that most places will at least give you. nothing. and to top it off I didn't even come away with the color I was hoping for. They don't have any samples for the dip, at least none they showed me, just showed me the powder, and it looked pretty but what I got was at least three shades darker, and it was already a darker color. Will definitely not be going back and will be recommending people to one of the better nail salons in town. So disappointed ????
The worst place!! Save your money and your time. I spent 2 1/2 hours there, she still was filing my nails, I finally just told her to stop. She barely spoke English, I asked her to fix 2 of my nails and she shook her head like she understood and then didn't. Awful ????
I went there and got charged 80$ for the worst manicure I've ever had they refuse to give me money back or redo them.
Dropped in for a pedicure and they fit me in. Andriana and gave me a great pedicure and polish - and the best leg massage I've had!
My wife and I LOVE coming to this spa. Every time we've been here has been a wonderful experience. The owner is very sweet and kind and takes amazing care of you. All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable giving outstanding service. Our most recent visit was on a whim and we were able to walk in and be treated like royalty! We even received the cutest flower hand drawn which was so impressive and a really fun unique touch. I highly recommend Old Town Nails for your mani/pedi needs!!
Great ambiance and wonderful staff. They were super nice and the owner is very sweet and knows what she is doing. The chairs and foot tubs are extremely comfortable. I've been to the other nail salons in town and this by far my favorite. Great job Old Town Nails!
Went in for my pre-wedding nail appointment, she was so attentive to detail, and made sure they were perfect. Highly recommend!
Yang gave me a French manicure with dip powder. It turned out beautifully and she was very efficient and friendly. I also had a pedicure which turned out great! Both women were thorough and the tools they used were clean. Recieved a leg and hand massage, cuticles trimmed and callouses filed. Very happy with the services.
