Me and my boyfriend just got pedicures here. They were not able to communicate with us. They do not do any rhinestone work, which I found out after I was already in the chair. They only do plain polish and regular manicures… that’s right!… no designs at all. Do not go here if you want any type of quality work. My bf’s tech didn’t file his nails down, cut some nails crooked, and didn’t even offer his a clear coat of polish for his pedicure (see attached pic). My manicure lines aren’t even straight! All around negative experience. I will never return.
First visit and I'm very pleased! I went for a shellac French manicure and hot stone pedicure. The service was excellent! The young lady who took care of me was very sweet, polite and conversational. She did a wonderful job on both the manicure and pedicure, asking from time to time if the water was too hot, or if the stones were too hot, making sure I'm comfortable. I made an appointment and was able to get in on the same day. The environment is clean, the staff are friendly.
I am very pleased with this nail salon. It’s clean, spacious, and glamorous. I have been getting my nails done with Sophia for quite some time. And every time I see her I am always happy with the results. Sophia is super kind, talented, and fast. Every time I show them a picture of what I want, they kill it. I was so amazed <3
I’ve been to many Nail salons in the past but none of them compare to this one ???? the staff are so friendly and attentive. Even if you’re a walk-in, they accommodate you in a kind and timely manner. The prices are also fair. I usually get nervous trying new salons because i’m a non-confrontational person and usually don’t speak up when i don’t like something; but every single tech here is so polite, they’ll ask you if you’re feeling discomfort/or if you like how the process is going. 10/10 ✨
The poor reviews must be from miserable people. This salon was clean and my pedicure was hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever received. The price of the pedicure was very fair and they accommodated me as a walk in.
To the people complaining about the child, your ignorance is evident and it’s really not your business whether or not anyone can or should afford outside childcare. The little girl was adorable and her baby noises were not a bother. No one else in the salon was bothered either. This is a solid spot to try out. I was just passing through but if I’m in the area again I’ll definitely be back!
My feet look terrible but my toes look good. Lol Everytime I come here they do a good job. I've gone to other nail salons since this one is not very close to where I live, but I have had no luck with other places, due to lack of customer service, dirty looking stations, or just being too rough. Either way I make the drive to come to this one. Everything is kept clean and it is relaxing. I only get nail services done but they do offer waxing. Jay did my pedicure today and he was great. Gave a nice massage and was not rough or rushing through my pedicure. Clients take notice when in the presence of a good manicurist. Get better tips, just saying. I will always be back soon.
I have been going to Ocean Nails since they opened. From the greeting to the payment I have been treated kindly and professionally. I have had a group event and have had many of the above services by different people. Clean, professional, kind, and welcoming! Also, managers have been so responsive to whatever I have requested! Went in for 2 pedicures. One for gel and one for regular. The gentleman that did my friends toes did an amazing job, but the lady that did mine makes me never want to go again. My nails are super uneven. Half the nails are too long and then the others were cut short. I asked her multiple times to make the longer ones shorter/more even with what she did on the others. I didn’t even end up getting the gel because I know I’m going to have to trim the other nails first. No point in spending almost $50 on a pedicure you’ll have to fix yourself. Very unhappy with my service.
