At first everything was going great thery are every clear and have high c quality products but my problem is I got my nails done July 3rd 2000 22 it is now July 6th 2000 22 3 days have gone by in my nails look like I should have gotten them filled a week ago I don't know what they did wrong I don't know if I can post the photo or not but they all look like I need a filling and it's only been 3 days they did not put the acrylic down to the nail bed as well as the gel polish doesn't even cover the acrylic all the way I did not know this sis and tell someone asked me when I got them done and then it looked like I needed a filling that is very disappointing not all of them look the same and they did them a lot shorter then I asked for. I have been to them in the past never had any problems untile now.
Thank you, Peter, Katie, Trish, Kevin, and everyone else for always taking care of me. I tell everyone about this place because I get sooooo many compliments on my nails and toes wherever I go. You guys are THE absolute best!!! I feel like family when I come in there, and that is something that many places don't do for their clients much these days. Many thanks to you all for what you do. I got my nails done here and they come out very nice. I’m pleased. The only complaint is that I feel like I was overcharged. I got a pedicure but it was the most basic 30$ and some acrylic nails done with gel nail but honestly not sure how much that cost. Overall I was charged 95$. ????
Hubby and I went here for our first time. We both had pedicures and the massage was amazing. The place is clean and everyone is so sweet! Will definitely recommend and come back next month!
Overpriced and horrible customer service. A natural overlay is to blend with with your nail and I had to point that out to what was suppose to be a nail tech. Then for her to apply additional acrylic and polish over it without blending or buffing it. Very incorrect! Then to be overcharged. Not recommended for their service and their friendliness and customer service needs to be a whole lot better. Attitudes should not be had when a customer points out what they don’t like about the service that is being given.
I had gone in June 20th and lost a nail, they fixed it today and gave me a fresh color! They were VERY polite and did an excellent job, nails came out looking very natural, they pushed back my cuticles and filed under the nail very well.... most seem to not do a good job on that.
My nail tech was Jenni... the owner Katie was very pleasant!!

I absolutely love Johnny, Sarah and Victoria. Actually all of them. They make me feel and look like 1 million bucks each and every time. My nails do not break or crack. The facials are amazing. The entire atmosphere is wonderful.
