While the quality of workmanship was fine, the customer service was deplorable. First, despite an appointment, you always wait 20 minutes or so. I get business is unpredictable but last week's 40 minutes is not acceptable. I have been going for two years, but was told that no longer were they taking appointments for either Kenny or his wife. I accepted that, despite the fact that I was year

round and an established customer. Nothing against the new help but the expense is a lot for me and I need to know the quality is there BUT during my last two visits both of them took repeated customers specifically for Kenny or Heidi. Also I got routinely charged for gel pedicure, and didn't get gel . Brought to their attention at least 5 times this summer .I also was made to pay a recent charge to remove two very small pieces of polish from an old manicure. Literally 45 seconds or so. When I questioned it the wife told me "you owe it.. $70."

No discussion, no explanation,no customer service. I have NEVER posted negative about any small business, but this just continues to agitate me and feel the need to share. Guess they have enough business to ignore customer service but not for me. Can never spend any more with this place. Sorry.

My toes were great, my fingernails were not sadly. She didn’t cut my nails right. They also did my nail in the pedicure chair. They had the bowl of water to soak in my lap. And they put the UV light machine on my lap. It was very strange. I still tipped my nail technician well but, sadly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I wish them the best.

Super expensive and wayyyy below sub par quality. Waited almost 40 minutes even though I had an appointment. They were super rushed because they try to take on too many clients. I got a pedicure and fill. They didn't even get all the dead skin off of my feet. Pics show what I asked for vs what I got. Definitely don't waste your money here.

Was on vaca in OC and badly needed a manicure....looked up shops on the web and this was the first place I saw...read some reviews...like everything you will get good and bad reviews...tried it out...great service...I do recommend you try this business and ask for Tania...price definitely worth the price

my 2nd time for pedicure, they must put some cheap polish in an OPI nail container because the nail polish after drying is cheap and looks terrible! won't be back

Highly recommend OC Nails. Stopped in for a Pedicure and luckily no wait. Kenny did my pedicure and gave the best leg massage I've ever had. Will definitely be back. Very clean and professional.

Excellent customer service. Was able to call and easily make an appointment. I was even seen early! Katie did an amazing job with my nails and was very friendly. Don’t believe all those other bad reviews. I will be returning.

Kenny is just AMAZING!!His personality is enough to make you smile ???? not to mention his work! I don't like going anywhere else.I definitely recommend him.
