Please stop leaving your customers sitting with acetone and foil on! They regularly leave me in the foil/acetone gloves through my entire pedicure, up to AN HOUR AND A HALF, and it literally burns off the skin on my fingertips. It's pointless for customers to spend $40+ on nails to look pretty, if you make their skin burn off and look awful. We shouldn't sit in acetone for more than 10 minutes, according to the AAD!
The young lady who did my nails was so amazing and held wonderful conversation. She did an amazing job on my nails.

Veryyy unprofessional nail techs. After waiting three hours for a pedicure and full set I was sat in a chair only for a walk in to be place next to me and worked on I complained and was moved to another tech who argued with me and told me I wasn’t the only one waiting only EVERYONE I walked in with had already left the establishment I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE FOR SERVICE!!! Very rude and unprofessional!!
I always enjoy my visits. They are nice and polite. Their service is good just slow. I must say I dislike being shifted from the waiting chair, after an hour wait, to the pedicure chair to sit another hour waiting. I may not wait and just come back. I’d like the choice but after you’re in the service chair you feel like you’ve committed. Make sure you plan accordingly.
Initial service was not the best. People was put in front of us and we had already been there over 30 minutes when these 2 ladies came in. We were told so they can find seats together for us. I think that should have been a choice but we weren't given. I would hate to think it was a racial thing being that the others were caucasians. My nail came out nice and I would try them again.
Be prepared that what the quote over the phone isn’t remotely close to what they actually charge. And they struggle with very simple designs. Apparently a heart is considered difficult and they charged us double for it. I won’t lie I wouldn’t come back even if I lived here because of this. Just be upfront and I’ll be a lot happier camper even if I have to pay more.
