They’re just okay, I expected a lot more from all the positive reviews! So, I was a bit disappointed, it was really kind of them to take me in late, they seem nice enough. But I feel I got a real rush job!
The younger tech I got seemed like she just wanted to leave, with little to no communication about what I wanted, besides polish color.
She shaped my nails rounded... but didn’t ask first (I’d prefer squared) they are an uneven shape.
She then kinda trimmed the cuticles but now I have bits of skin hanging off a few days later. Didn’t push cuticles back at all.
The gel polish was only 2 coats, so the color came out too thin & very uneven, she put some glitter but did it the opposite of how I had asked. I have some bumps on my thumb nails and I really wanted them filled in with a thicker gel and filed to look smooth, but she didn’t do it.
After everything it was $40! Which seemed like a lot for a couple coats of gel and a little shaping that all came out uneven!
I’m not sure I’d go back or recommend them to my friends, unfortunately. I’ve had a lot better manicures for a lot less...
Staff was friendly and accommodating to walk-ins. The salon floor was a bit dirty/dingy. I wish the woman who did my pedicure had trimmed my cuticles as you can see them under the gel polish. All in all not a bad place for a quick pedi.
Very upset at the service here. I walked in and asked for a French tip. I asked for the “tips to make my nails longer.” While the women doing my nails was working, I noticed she started putting gel, without adding the lengthening tips. So I asked if she was going to put them. She became visibly mad. I was very uncomfortable so I decided to make it easier for her and just do short nails. It was so uncomfortable and awkward. The “massage” was her putting lotion on my arms and not even rubbing it in. She did not even try to make things right. I paid 40 dollars for nails that I don’t even want. I was so upset with how I was treated I went and cried in my car. This was by far the worst nail experience I have ever had.
Took my granddaughter there for her nails and they did a wonderful job. Tracy was very informative and helped in making the right choice and style and the price was very reasonable
I came in and sat right down even though it was pretty busy in there. The woman took for great time and care with my nails and made sure she was gentle and didn't hurt me. I asked for a design and it came out perfectly. When I am back in Carson City, I will always come here!
My nails came out awesome! Lady was very nice and always asked if my nails were good before continuing. Definitely coming again!
The salon is gorgeous. It felt so safe and clean. I've had a perfect manicure - simple. The care and attention to detail was top notch. Can't recommend them enough.
Very clean and has a great selection of colours. The salon keeps up to date with nail trends too. I would highly recommend this nail salon and for the price point it's a heck of a deal!
