This is the worst nail spa I've ever been to ...the tools they used were dirty got a infection on big toe.. I wrote a review and took pics cause I want everyone to be careful the next day I went to ER to drain wound and recive meds went back spoke to management and was called a liar and kicked out please stay away!!! They have to get better staff and equipment before some else gets hurt
This is family owned salon, they take proud in what they do. Beautiful salon, clean with friendly staff. Ask for Hannah she is a jewel, and she really does great manicure and pedicure!!!
This place is a joke… you make an appointment because that is what they request because of Covid and it means nothing. Tim which is the owner or manager is rude.nasty and the most unprofessional person. I had appt and 15 minutes after my appt, I asked when was I going to be taken care and very rudely he said, she is going to start a manicure now. I asked hit I made an appt, “well. Yeah but you can wait or leave, your not the only one here. You can barely understand most of them since they do not speak English very well. Their prices are expensive … regular manicure and pedicure is $50.00. Obviously, never returning to this awful place. Do your self a favor and do not come here. You will be sorry. …. If I could give them negative stars I would in a heartbeat. Horrible place !!
I asked for a specific dip manicure design and got a French manicure instead because of the picture I showed them. The picture of the design I wanted the nails were circular and I wanted mine square. They told me they couldn't do the same design as the nails were not cut the same. My nails look nothing like the photo I showed them from the beginning. I'm not happy with my nails at all. I left very disappointed.
I reviewed this salon about a year ago with 5 stars and a glowing review, but had to change it because their service and quality has declined so much lately.
They disregard appointments and the wait time for walk-ins has been over an hour (when they say they’ll be right with you). If you want your cuticles done, you have to specifically request it, and they don’t clean up under/ around your nails after you get dip manicure.
I’m so sad about this because they were so good in the beginning, but after my last few appointments, I’ve decided not to come back :(
