Super overpriced. Charged me just to cut my nails! Like my natural nails! Isn’t that apart of the pedicure or manicure?? And they were cut WAYY to short. My nails don’t even cover my fingertips. I’m not used to that so my tips are a bit painful. Very disappointed. I used to like this place..
Staff is non existent, rude, doesn’t even acknowledge waiting customers. Over priced for the quality of work they do. The wait time is ridiculous they need more staff. They don’t clean their tools properly that you get green nails from how unhygienic they are here. They really just sit people after others have left the chair without cleaning or sanitizing. The man running this shop is the meanest and rudest he is supposedly the “owner” I don’t know how this mail shop is still open with rude workers to spreading fungus due to dirty tools, and their super high pricing zero stars

I did a full set nails and they don’t know how to work with nails at all especially the guy
He did my nails chunky and thick also there were not straight. I asked him to fix them because I was paying for his work and I wanted to be satisfied and he didn’t he said they looked nice but they for real not. I’m not picky I swear but I can see when my nails are just not right. I have so many years getting my nails done.
Got my nails done yesterday and not even a whole day with them and one nail peeled off. I've never had this happened to me so I was shocked! I also asked for matte and they didn't do such a good job a bit disappointed
Such friendly and clean place. Lily is wonderful and did such an amazing job with my nails. The pictures don’t make justice to my nails, Definitely my new go to place from now on!
This is my second visit to this nail salon. They really did a great job with my mani and pedi! Probably the best I ever had.
The only con I have is that I was really interested in getting a full set of nails but when I mentioned it, I was persuaded not to get them because it was 6 and they were closing in an hour. I think I got there with more than enough time and there was only 1 other person there so I don't know what the problem was. So I didn't do it. HOWEVER, as they were finishing up my manicure, 2 girls walked in, right at 7pm (closing time), asking for full sets and they accepted them! I was appalled and felt completely disregarded.
I'm going to try it one more time and see what happens.
I loved coming to this nail salon. They cleaned up the cuticles very well! I love my gel mani! I was in the mood for a Fall Color #DND628 #DarkRosewood
Was greeted automatically when I came in and was asked what I wanted. (I went in when they were slow, early in the morning) Showed them an image and they right away knew what to do and also knew the shape. For someone that rarely gets nails done. I was very happy on how they came out.
