Nina and her husband have nasty attitudes and very unprofessional . They have refused to do my nails several times. She yanks your hand as she’s doing nails and doesn’t like when you confront her. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I really like Nina's Nails they take their time and do a perfect job I will continue to going to their establishment no doubt about it great place to have your nails done and pedicure ????
My birthday day is ruined. I used to enjoy this place. I waited for them to open just for them to ruin my nails. Literally going to another salon just to get this fixed. I’ve been going here for a long time and this just killed everything for me. My bday is ruined
The male guy that works in Nina Nails was very rude and displayed poor customer service. I wanted my toe nails shaped square. He filed one toe nail crookedly with one side of the nail being longer than the other. When asked to file the toe mail evenly he became very upset and said that I can leave. I asked bc I want my toe nails filed evenly? Bc I’m requesting my toe nails a particular way, a service that I am paying for? He walked away and would not respond!
Hands down best pedi I've ever had! Salon is clean and sanitary. Nail techs take their time and ensure cuticles, calluses, and polish are well done. Get in early or may have to wait, but it will be worth it!
Do not spend your money here!! These people have very nasty attitudes and are rude to their black customers!!
This is a really good nail salon. They give you great service & completely focus on you when it's your turn. Sometimes the fumes are really high & the wait can be longer than I would like but overall I enjoy my experience. They don't rush you and are very patient & courteous. I will definitely go back.
It was getting close to closing and she got in a hurry and put 2 nails on my daughter wrong fingers still charged full price but did not fix her mistake after I had been there an hour already. Guess going home was more important than customer satisfaction.If you don't want to fix your mistake at least take off some of the price to make up for it.
