Today I visited Nina's for the first time, I had a wonderful experience. They were friendly, professional and my nails turned out absolutley beautiful. I had the French ombre dip done today and a spa pedicure. I will definitely be coming back again in 3 weeks!

Nina is absolutely amazing! Not only is the work impeccable the customer service is tops! She is so friendly and helpful with every question I had. We also brought 5, 9 year old girls for manicures on a Saturday with an appointment but she had us in and out! She was so sweet and patient with each of them while they picked colors and designs! This salon is absolutely the BEST! I will refer everyone here!

I’ve been to so many places in the area and Nina’s was at the top. First time visiting today and it was amazing. Beautiful nail salon and so CLEAN!!! Tons and tons of colors to choose from. Nina did a perfect job on my dip powder manicure and was able to add some beautiful sparkle to make the color custom. Can’t wait to go back.

I got a manicure/pedicure here for my wedding day, and while my nails turned out wonderful I will not be coming back to this salon.

Everything went great, they did exactly what I asked for (classic french manicure & matching toes) and I felt pampered. My issue is when I was checking out - They rang my card for the total, and when I asked if I could put tip on the card (since it wasn't indicated on the POS tablet or my receipt) they said they couldn't put tips on card. I said that I was sorry, I don't carry cash. (This is the first time I've ever encountered a service place like this that didn't allow tips to be put on a card.) At this point I was ushered to an ATM they conveniently had in the salon and told I HAD to take out cash for a tip. I told them I didn't want to pay the service charge, which I was then told "It's only like $2." Not wanting to make a scene, I went ahead and pulled out cash, paying $3 service charge and $3 fee from my bank for a total of $6 so that I could tip them.

Honestly this tells me that they simply don't want to pay credit card fees and/or tax for tips received, and expect the customer to pay the fees instead. For this reason I will not be returning to this salon as I was treated very poorly on my way out.

Very nice organized spa. The owners are very accommodating and goes out of her way to schedule appointments without a lot of overlap. The nail technicians are friendly and do not try to push you to get extra services. Nina is always pleasant. Shout out to Kate and Amy.

I went to Nina's for the first time on Sunday. Katie did my classic pedicure and she was outstanding. She is an expert in massage. My feet felt amazing! I highly recommend Katie, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing experience from beginning to end!! The spa is elegant and warm. The staff…friendly, talented and accommodating.
