I absoulty loved it first time taking my baby boy there. Ashley did an Asome job for Jake I have found the perfect Groomer and Pet Salon. ❤❤❤❤❤????????
These folks do a great job with my dogs. They groom my very large german shep quarterly and it really helps with his skill issues. They also trim my stubborn bulldog mix's nails. They always are friendly, fast, and do great work.
So glad I found this groomer after a few bad experiences elsewhere! Other groomers said my young dog was difficult, gave her sedatives, horrible haircuts and once came home with a blood vessel burst in her eye from the stress! At Niles Pet Salon she always comes home happy & relaxed. They have no issues with her, do a great job & very reasonable rates!!
I wouldnt take my dog anywhere else!! Groomers do an EXCELLENT job!! Very personable and prices are great. Love this place and the people!!

Absolutely love this place. I have been with Melissa (the owner) for over 10 years. All the groomers are very good. Highly recommend this Salon.
Ashley is amazing with my dog. He is a handful and she always does a great job. I don’t worry about him when he’s with her. I highly recommend her.
We are brand new puppy owners, and as most in this position know…*everything* is a little bumpy and scary as we become better parents and learn the ropes. This was also our fur baby’s very FIRST grooming and cut.
Note : We have previously showered with him and taken him thru a little of this process via a nail trim and an interesting blow drying experience, but you NEVER know when others are going to do right?!?
Well Morgan (one of the A+ groomers there), made a wonderful first impression…on BOTH us and to get our little ball of fur to be equally comfortable and welcomed.
Said it would be 1.5 hours to complete and that is exactly when we got notification that he was done and ready. Like so many others, pricing was beyond fair, and frankly, I hope we paid and tipped enough.
Our baby seemed to deal with everything very well…and know this may not always be the norm or case, but color me impressed. Had a couple others (closer) only who were too busy or not enough staff, but Niles Pet Salon seems to be firing on ALL cylinders.
We are grateful and appreciative for them taking us on as clients and hope we have years of great experiences and interactions with them ahead. Morgan…you were a saint and a sincere thanks for caring so well for us and the puppy!!! You made him look like such a handsome man, and simply could not have asked for a better partner, as our nerves are still short too = )
Keep up the memorable and great work…felt the time to review was clearly necessary…bravo!
