Being a senior man with progressing arthritis, it is difficult to do my own toenails. My wife finally convinced me to get a pedicure. They did a fantastic job at Nice Nail & SPA! The experience was relaxing, pain-free, and inexpensive. I will be a lifetime customer.
Paid for the deluxe pedicure. Very dussapointed. Myvtwo friends paid for a basic. Got the same as them. They don't work on scrubs that help feet. They don't massage your feet but for a minute. They don't massage calves and whatever else was in deluxe.
MINDVYIU. I HAVE VERY NICE FEET. I've seen some really bad ones. Their jib wasveasy. I'm super clean and my feet are in great cind.
So they should've had plenty if time to massage me.

If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I went in to get a fill on my acrylic nails. My request was to just fill and do everything but the gel nail polish as I wanted to do that myself. So, the lady that was doing them, was not filling them correctly. I mentioned to her that some were not filled, it looked like I have had them for a week already. After she was done filling them, she told me I was done. I looked at them and they have not been filed nor buffed. There was still acrylic hanging from the sides. Nicely, I asked if someone else can come fix them, and she said yes they will be right with you. Then a man came to help, and he said to me "If you don't like them, If I were you, I wouldn't come back." Very rude comment. I said oh really, and he continued to say "well, since you are paying you should like them, but you don't so why come here." I have been going here for about 5 years, and never had an issue until today. I hope that the guy wasn't the owner.
Where to begin? I've been here many times but won't go back. I think the worst part was when the lady (Hannah) insisted I pay her in cash. When I told her all I had was a credit card she told me to go to the ATM around the side of the building, meaning I'd have to pay withdrawal fees, first of all. I told her it's a credit card and doesn't have cash withdrawal. She made me take it out and show her!
I don't know how this facility works. If the people rent the space or if they're hourly employees. However, having someone insist I pay cash and then watch as they stuff all the money they'd received from customers (I'm not talking about tips, it was everything for the full price of the services) into they're purse makes it seem super shady. At the very least, it's an attempt at tax evasive and at the worst it's both that and stealing from your employer.
On top of that, they were so rushed to get me out that she didn't perform the whole of the services I paid for. I got the $40 pedi which is supposed to come with a massage. She rubbed oil on me, literally smacked my legs a couple of times, and had me wash off. It also comes with callus removal. Her version was to take a metal grater to my feet without any of the callus removing gel. She scrubbed on them for so long it ended up causing my calluses to split open and now I have these huge craters in my skin.
I won't return.
I love to go here. My nails stayed on for 3 months, I just had to shorten them. I am so glad I was able to get my nails done last Saturday. I was comfortable and felt safe every one was wearing a mask. I'm hoping they will be able to reopen soon.
Anna gave me the best detailed and caring pedicure I’ve ever had. Was absolutely amazing! I had Gina at the same time working on my nail removal with manicure . So nice , talkative, and relaxing ! Hands down best service I’ve ever had and to top it off they are very affordable too! Thanks ladies !
