I LOVE MY NAILS!!!
I was looking for a fabulous nail salon forever and I finally got them done perfectly. They came out exactly how I wanted (even better than what I expected). I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends and family. Thanks Lily and Justin. Awesome customer service !!!!
Lily and Justin are so incredibly friendly and great at nails! I have been coming here for years and haven’t had a bad experience yet! Prices are great and my nails are always looking exceptional!
Love New Nails! Justin ALWAYS does an AMAZING job on my manicures. He's professional and asks all the right questions. Never had a problem with this place, staff is very kind and helpful. Many options for colors, designs, and special requests. This is the best place in Marysville hands down.
I went in my nails were dreadful. 1 was missing I needed a fill but I'm from Texas and my job here in ohio keeps taking longer and longer and longer. Justin took great care of me. Very friendly very nice experience. To you ladies that have said you have been here 10 times and had a great experience and 1 times something went wrong and you left a bad review shame on you! This world isn't perfect and sweethearts neither are you. We all have bad days grow up and work through it. Justin thank you for today!
I’m not good at nail pictures but Justin is a fantastic nail technician. His nails are always thin and natural looking. I love when he offers to do a design, because I never know what I want and he never disappoints when he freestyles! I never go anywhere else in Marysville!
Justin did my nails and they are fabulous! I like natural looking nails and he did that for me! He did a great job asking me questions to get an idea of what I wanted! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Another update I went to new nails after going to another nail salon where I asked for neon tip nails and they gave me the most horrendous set of nail like moss green and egg yellow and they painted the whole nail not the tip it was insane how bad they were I went back to new nails yesterday to fix them and my goodness they did amazing they are so accommodating and professional I am so happy!
update: still going to new nails and their still the best my Christmas nails are the best!
I have to say I love love love it here it was my first time here I pulled up and it was after 7 but the lights were on and I opened the door they took me after hours the nail tech was amazing he was so nice and did a amazing job on my nails the owner and his wife were amazing people I will forever make this my place where I get my nails done thanks new nails
Justin is amazing and so professional. I truly appreciate his customer service and the talents that he has.
