I come to this location every time to get my hair products or whatever I may need but after today. I definitely won't come back after being profiled I'm looking at the lipsticks the lip liners, lip glosses and one of the workers literally is on the other side of the rack staring me down walking by slow watching me to see if I was stealing, which I don't not every black person steals. What kills me is that the African-American Community keeps this store running with our support but if I'm going to be profiled I definitely will spend my money somewhere else so they just lost a customer.

I went to get a wig for a wedding that I’m in because my hair is super short and the service I received was excellent. She was super nice and very helpful since it was my first time buying a wig she made the process so easy and got me everything I needed. I will be going back to that store for future purchases!!

Fair prices and friendly staff.

While this store has a large selection of hair and products, their refund policy is horrible. I bought 200 dollars worth of hair. I didn't even take it out of the bag because I used my stylists hair instead. They will not give me a refund on the unopened hair. They will only give you refund in product. This is wrong. I will never buy anything from this store again.

I'm new to the state, so was happy to find a beauty store that had a huge selection of hair products and accessories.

Update: When you purchase something, make sure the price on the item matches what is rung up. Had an issue with some hair extensions. 3 identical items. 2 with a lower price; 1 with a higher price ($5 difference). I didn't notice until 4 days later. Returned to let them know. Owner stated it was legal; the state told me this was misrepresentation and ILLEGAL. The state representative visited the store for additional violations.

I love this store!! And Julie is the best!!

If you are looking to buy wigs or hair extensions and any other hair products. This is the place to go. They have make up too. The people that runs it are really nice
