First time coming to this salon and I love it. I called to make sure if they had a slot for me they said yes so I didn’t have to wait too long. Jason did my hair it went from super dead flat to full of life again. I Love it ????

Great prices. Down to earth place, no frills which I like. Not into fancy schmansy. Great head massage during shampooing. Clean.

Called to make apt. 2x times. Both women were nasty while I was attempting to make an appt. I decided not to spend my money there , if that's how they treat their new customers.. I'm sure somewhere else will be happy to make an appt for me and enjoy to take my money..
Absolutely ridiculous. The full price 40 includes cut, dry, and a hairwash. I was in a hurry and asked how much is the price without the wash, they said it is 30 without the wash.
We agreed on a haircut without wash for 30. The lady wet my hair with spray and then dry it after with a blow-dryer. When I go to pay she charged me the full price of 40 because she claimed she blow-dry my hair, which was literally like 3 minutes.
This place is absolutely ridiculous and go back on their words.
New York standards are what they are—the best. Prices were phenomenal and performance was perfect, from the hair cut, to the wash and massage, and even the eye brow wax. FYI, I thought I was going to get my eye brows threaded, but then I felt the wax hit my eye lids and, boy oh boy, was I surprised lol nonetheless it was legitimately an excellent experience.
