I would like to start off by saying the first time I went here they did a very good job. However when I went yesterday I had the worst experience and I will never go back. I will start off by saying I called the day before to get an appointment at 4:30 and they asked if we could do 5 pm to which I had no problem with. I get the acrylic gel powder on my nails, I have had them done like that for years now. When you get a fill they grind off all the color powder and then reapply whatever color powder you want next. The lady who sat down to do my nails kept asking what color was on my nails and I told her I didn’t know and I don’t want that color for my fill so it does not matter. I showed her my reference picture and she began grinding my nails down and cutting them shorter for me. I could tell this was going south when she didn’t remove all the colored powder from my nails and started filing. They were not filed very well and very crooked and after telling her many times to redo some of them I just gave up. She pulled out the clear acrylic powder and when I said no I don’t want that and pointed at the colored powder on the wall she asked me again what color my nails were so she could match them. One of the other ladies came up and tried to tell me the gel polish was better and I needed to just do that. I was so upset and tired of arguing with these people about what I wanted so I just gave up. After she put the clear acrylic on my nails on top of my colored acrylic it was soooo thick. She then proceeded to put the gel polish on my nails and asked if I still wanted the design and I said no because I absolutely hated them and I just wanted to pay and leave so that I could get them fixed somewhere else. But that’s not the worst part …. They asked us to come in at 5 and we had no problem with that…. But at 6:10 when we were still getting our nails done they started cleaning up around us and turned half of the salon lights off and the music! I called and made the appointment for our nails the day before. We weren’t walk ins and we were early for our appointment. I will absolutely never return.

Tried this place for a dip set and pedicure and it was AMAZING. They really listened to what I wanted and stopped to make sure I was happy many times during my visit. The lady that did my nails was so gentle and shaped them perfectly (and I’m picky about that) and they really took their time and made my pedicure extra special. I will be back over and over I cannot stress enough how much I loved their services!

This place is amazing. They take their time and do great work. I usually get long stilleto style nails and they rarely break or chip, with the exception of when I wait too long to get a fill or if I'm too rough with them.

I always book with Eric. He's always careful and creative with the designs. Speaking of designs, they can do so many different styles!! They have mood-changing colors, prismatic polish, dip, gels, Swarovski crystals, decals, etc.

I've been growing my nail out and didnt want the crystal or dip powder, so I just got the basic manicure and loved it! Simple and fast! my lady did a great job! Unfortunately I didn't get her name. But they take their time and make sure you like what you see. Until they get it right.

Quite disappointed. My nails peeled with in 5 days, and my daughters 3. We be been here before and never had a problem. After Thanksgiving I called and told them what happened. They said I had to go that day or the next. Of course working mom here, by the time I got there it would be 6 when they are closed. Other options to come back on the weekend and have to pay for gel manicure again...WHAT!! I was so irritated with this. I won't be going back.

My first set of nails came out so cute and the man who did my nails did such a good job on 7 of my nails and in a rush threw stickers on the remaining of my 3 threw nails. I went back to him on November 1st for a fill, he did a good job. I got my feet done and the lady did an okay job. My index finger nail broke and I called Friday around 2 pm and booked an appointment for Monday at 1 pm. I get a phone call and he tells me to come in earlier, he called me at 12:30pm and I told him I would try but I couldn’t make it. I ask him if we can do at 7pm instead because that’s when I would get off work and he agreed but I was 10 minutes late and he told me good night see you tomorrow. I can’t believe this kind of unprofessional behavior.

I have come here 4 times. Every time I get exceptional service and leave feeling relaxed and pampered. I've brought my husband the last 2 times and he was happy to see plenty of other men there getting pedicures right alongside him.

Your nails will come out great, but please beware:

1. They are NEVER on time and often double book while still taking walk ins. I have had to wait upwards towards an hour despite having an appointment. Try to go in on weekdays, before 4pm.

2. Eric is very unprofessional; he is nice until you don't agree with what he is asking you to do. He knows I have a regular nail tech, and even with an appointment, he still pushes other ones on me. He seems to care more about the profit made versus the quality of service.
