I've been going to the same lady for brows for years. Unfortunately, she retired in Oct of 22 and I've yet to find someone who can do my brows just as good until now. I thought I'd give this place a chance based on the reviews and I can say Seehz( if I spelled that correctly) did an amazing job with my brows! I don't do thread but she was so gentle with it! I'm definitely satisfied and will be going back!
Sneha did a beautiful job with my eyebrows. I was visiting Oak Brook and happened upon this salon while visiting. I highly recommend this business. Very professional and reasonably priced.
Parking TIP: Park on the ground level orange lot near AMC or blue ground level. If you are already in the mall, it's directly UNDERNEATH the Forever 21.

When you walk in, they don't ask you what kind of look you want or anything. They just start working. For me, this worked out fine because I already have a shape but just needed some cleaning up. For my sister and mother, they had zero shape walking in and didn't have much if I didn't ask for it to be fixed with an arch. The lady didn't complain about fixing my sister's though, so that was cool.
We only noticed my mom's lack of shape after walking out, so that was a bit disappointing.
No high pressure sales or even a guilt trip if you don't tip
The have a loyalty stamp card, after 10 stamps you get a free eyebrow service. The price is good and as long as you vocalize your preferences, you should be happy here.

I have very sensitive skin so I'm always cautious of going somewhere for the first time.
I will definitely return,my eyebrows were left natural looking and full, and I had no itching or breakout afterwards.

I always go to see Sneha at Neel Thredz. She is amazing and does a great job every time. I always get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded with her. She does them just how I like and never makes my eyebrows too thin and keeps them looking natural and full just the way I like. 10/10 would recommend. Ask for Sneha!
