Pricing is ok I normally drive all the way to San Jose pay $55 and get wax hot stone and all but here they don’t offer the wax.. they also need to do a real good cleaning..I do like they have a nice amount of workers in here..My feet did come out nice though and she did a good job on them.. Just need to think about organizing and cleaning a little better. Definitely need to make sure instruments are clean and sanitize after each person or a new sanitize set is used on Each person …
I showed the lady the picture i wanted and she said it would be $55, but said 65$ when done.. I asked for a coffin shaped acrylics, but he clipped each nail at a different angle IT WAS HORRIBLE.. The man was kind enough to redo what I didn’t like multiple times.. i told him to change the shape to round, and he did. I asked for a pedicure and they didn’t do it. I checked again with him, and he said “yes yes no problem” but didn’t do so. Acrylic ended up being SUPER thick. My inspiration picture had easy squiggly lines on each nail, he got super frustrated when he wasn’t able to do it. I told him i could find him an easier design, he said “nothing is easy”.. made the other lady do the job. But overall not what i asked for at all. Money down the drain, i will get them removed today.
Worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Going home with cuts and splotchy nail polish rather than the clean polished feet I came for.
My experience was not a good one. The older gentlemen doing my pedicure was horrible. He didn’t wash my feet, he didn’t cut my cuticles, he only cut down half of my toes. He didn’t take time to cut any possible ingrowns. The towels he used on me were dirty. As he started on my feet, someone walked in about a problem she had with her feet and he stops doing my feet to cater to her which was rude. He was extremely rough and kept saying “sorry” like
That would fix how bad my experience was. I was surprised because others on these reviews praise this same man. I paid $65 for a pedicure and didn’t even get quality work or treatment. I travel for work and I’m big on where I go for certain services. I paid the money because I allowed him to finish. Couldn’t get the color I wanted because their polish was dried out. Ended up getting a clear coat. Was suppose to get a soak off and full set but I was so disappointed I decided to leave. No tip was given because no tip was earned. I know this probably wont make a difference because people will spend their money here but I will never come back to this location when I’m in town for business.
I have never been so disappointed nails look so fake,I told him I didn’t like the way they were being shaped and left there with cuts on my fingers and the ugliest odd shaped different size nails. I have photos too
Needed my pedicure soo bad and I always go here, they're GREAT! AND the man who did them today was very sweet..love them!!
My wife loves her nails and pedicure. I got my pedicure and food massage done while there. Best service, friendly service, Kim is the best and I have known her for 10 years. I recommend them and we will always be back. Thank you Kim. ????????
I have been here twice before without any problem but I always been with my sister in law who is Hispanic but when I can by myself I waited 5 minutes to be seated for a pedicure and then two other women showed up who were not African American like me and was seated right way. I am still waiting. I then walked out. So I don't recommend this salon if your a women of color.
