STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY BECAUSE THIS PLACE DOESNT APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS. They are rude and do not appreciate their ALL BLACK clientele I was in this place today to get a pedicure and eyelashes. After my subpar pedi I sat and waited to get lashes. A young lady came in with her little boy and little girl wanting to get her daughters nails and toes done. The way that front desk/eyebrow/eyelash lady spoke to her after the young lady told her what services she wanted for her daughter was appalling. She was extremely rude to this mother who was trying to give THEM business. The mother was trying to get a specific time to bring the daughter back. The nasty worker said 1-2 hours. The lady said okay so 1 or 2 hours. The lady then got nasty with her saying, I told you to come back later. (I’m sitting there like “are you serious?)

After the young lady left with her kids, I got up to pay my bill. I told this same RUDE WORKER I was no longer interested in getting my lashes done and that she needed to be a little nicer to her customers. No Tip for you! Not Today Satan! Never coming back!

The lady at the front (with the thin hair at the top) is a little rude and more concerned about getting your money than providing customer service. Kevin was great on the pedicure, but whoever did my manicure was tipped to soon ???? Will not be back!

I got my nails done they are nice but I wanted a little longer with coffin shape but since they were still cute I let it go. When I came in the door she told me it was $35 for nails and $10 for toes When I sat in the chair he started to do my nails first he ask how long did I want them I said I wanted coffin shape and long it not to long. Then I showed him a picture of the color and the nail length he said ok its $45. I said $45 he said yeah nail and toe everything $45 I said ok fine. He finishes nails and transfer me to a lady to complete toes I chose 2 colors blue for hand and lemon for toes he uses the blue for hand and gives her the lemon for toes. After she finishes my toes she says $50. I was like $50 what the guy told me $45 for everything and we go back and forth she then says your nails are $35 plus $5 for coffin $40 then toes are $10. If that was the then where did he get $45 from for nails if before I got coffin they were 35 plus 5 is $40 he never said $40 for nails nor did he say $50 for everything he said $45 for everything. When I presented to her attention she says he thought you only wanted nails that's why he said $45 which still does not make since. She says yeah normal price is $45 she says not it's the length my nails are not long at all. They just lost a customer all because they wanted to get a extra buck or because the guy didn't want to admit what he said. Plus they not even really coffin.

First and last time coming to this place. Charged $80 for to paint a 4yr old and 7yr old toes and finger nails with gel polish, no manicure or pedicure, just painting the nails. They charge $18 on top of their service charge for gel, most shops charge $18. Then the lady charge $20 just to remove acrylic from my nails. I got a pedicure and paid $48 ($30 + $18) and the lady had paint all on my big toe. I still gave her a tip because she was very nice about fixing it. We only came here because it was nearby but I’ll stick with The Shark Nails Bar in Lithonia.

I asked for Sns a pedicure. The nail tech Rush my nails and then shape them nicely. And then she cut my skin. I believe it over charge you and don't do the work. Ask for pedicure and she washed my feet and polish my nails. I didn't say anything I paid $85. I live in this neighborhood for several years. If they can't get better they need to leave.

I’ve been here three different times. Each time was an unpleasant experience. The employees don’t speak English well enough to communicate and understand inquiries about services and pricing. One woman blatantly ignored me because she thought I was trying to skip on the bill when really I had to close my bank adding due to fraud so my money was spread across a couple different platforms. I had asked the woman if she could take payment via iPhone wallet and she nodded yes but didn’t not truly understand what I was asking causing problems at pay out. TODAY I arrive in a Saturday and was told 45 min. I said ok I come back at that time and was told I had to wait an additional 30 min or leave because people were ahead of me. This was my third and final time coming to this establishment and I really wish they would require nail techs to speak English fluently it’s very frustrating doing business with someone who doesn’t understand what I want in the first place.

Kim does the best eyebrows. Came her the first time I got my eyebrows waxed in high school and no salon touches Kim’s work. I’ve been coming here for slayed eyebrows since 2009. Get compliments every time their done. KIM IS THE BEST!
