I’ve been going here for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it here! I’ve had both Vi and Kathy do my dip powder nails for me and they never disappoint! Sam does my gel pedicures and she makes me feel super comfortable and relaxed! I receive compliments on my nails all the time and will always recommend this salon. All the staff are very friendly & will remember you too which is the best!

My sister and I got manicures from Kathy today, and she did an excellent job!! She was so nice, paid attention to detail, and you can tell she really cares about her work. Overall, everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and we will highly recommend this place to everyone.

Made an appointment for a gel manicure but unfortunately they were unable to do the styles we inquired about. They have techs who are specialized in the techniques, whom were busy with other clients. Instead of settling for a basic manicure we choose to go somewhere else. The staff was friendly, understanding, polite, and helpful in recommending another place. I would recommend going here but would advise to be specific about what you want when making an appointment.

Kathy does a wonderful job. I asked for a design...and she comes up with this!!! It is awesome and she did it so quickly. She has some amazing skills!!

Her nail designs are fantastic as well. You can ask for about any design and she can do it, but she is also fantastic at coming up with her own unique designs as well. Either way she is a good choice and Natural Nails is a lovely place to visit. All the staff is super nice and try to be as accommodating as possible.

Got a fabulous manicure and pedicure from the wonderful ladies at Natural Nails. Very friendly, great service, and they did an amazing job with my beat up fingers and toes! Will definitely be going again.

My sister had gone there to get her nails off. She had called and obviously scheduled her appointment ahead of time. However, She had called me afterwards crying from her experience. Apparently because there was miscommunication about whether her nails being taken off were acrylic or not, that had angered the owner. He was screaming at her and blaming her for not letting them know and that it was it cutting into his time for other appointments. It’s understandable when there are business needs, but customer respect should over rule that any day. The fact that an owner makes their own customer cry in the store over something that they should have communicated about is purely disgusting. How are you gonna yell at and scream at someone when you should’ve been the one to ask in the first place. However, Kathy was very respectful and apologized for the owners actions and she has always been great according to my sister. Point of the story, a business that provides services to their customers should know how to respect people. But instead this man only cares about his money and doesn’t care if he makes you feel horrible for his wrong doings. But thank you Kathy for actually being a decent human being.

Very kind people work here and they know their craft well! Family owned, that's a good thing!

Got the deluxe pedicure it was good although I wish the hot towel wrap would have lasted longer. The gel manicure is still holding up well after 2 weeks. I also had an eyebrow wax with Tammy and she did an awesome job!
